This is a fantastic price for a condo of this quality in this location. Its a one-bedroom, second (top) floor - corner unit, OCEAN VIEW located amidst a lush tropical garden setting. It is newly remodeled with granite counter tops and tiled floors throughout. A private lanai (deck) affords amazing views of the ocean, Molokai island, and beautiful sunsets.
During winter season you can whale-watch from your private lanai. An on-site snorkeling ramp provides easy access to the crystal-clear water. There is even a private sandy beach on the property. In addition, the famous beaches of Kaanapali, Kapalua and Napili are nearby, as are many other picturesque beaches and coves. There is also an on on-site activities desk where you can book tours and island activities.
The Kuleana has a regulation tennis court and large heated swimming pool and is well known for its beautiful tropical grounds on seven acres, with walkways surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants, flowers and coconut palm trees. These grounds are tended with pride and are considered to be some of the finest tropical settings on the west Maui coast.
You can walk to restaurants, a mini market, a wonderful coffee house, and a health food market. Shopping, fine dining and golf are all within a few mile radius. The Kaanapali hotel and entertainment district is minutes away, which includes spas, golf courses, kayaking, boating and shopping. Historic Lahaina Town is about five miles south, where you can find shopping galore and numerous restaurants and bars for every taste.
Nearby there is access to sport fishing, movie theaters, numerous art galleries, luau shows and weekly arts and crafts fairs. World-class surfing is located a few miles north at Honolua Bay, or stick to more mellow waves at S-Turns, just a short walk up the street. If golf is your bag, the legendary Kapalua golf course is only a couple miles north. If you don't feeling like running around, you can always stay in, lay around the pool and beach and barbeque on the oceanfront while enjoying the Maui sunset. The new upgraded kitchen is also well-equipped with everything you need for your personal feast at home.
Rental rates quoted are based on 2 persons. There is a $10 charge per additional person. A maximum of 4 persons are allowed. There is no smoking inside the unit. An $85 cleaning fee is required for visits LESS THAN 7 days. 13.42% Hawaii Tax is required on all rentals.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund. After final payment is received, if you cancel your reservation between 60 to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, 50% of your total payments will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will make every attempt to re-book a new reservation for the time you originally reserved. If a reservation is re-booked for that period, you will be refunded 50% of the total funds paid. If a new reservation cannot be re-booked, no refund applies. Early departure does not warrant a refund.

Let us know your travel dates to Maui. If the unit is available, we will send or email you a rental agreement. Please return it by mail or email when you send or charge your deposit. When we have received your rental agreement and the 50% of deposit the total payment, including the required Hawaii state tax, we will hold your reservation. Payment in full is required no less than 30 days prior to your visit (except for last-minute reservations). If the full payment is not made prior to 30 days of your scheduled arrival, the condo will become available for booking on a first-paid, first-serve basis. In such a case, the cancellation policy will apply.
As is the policy of all hotels, during your stay, your credit card number will be on file for security deposit only. No cash deposit is required.
