Aloha Dreams at Hale Kamaole
Enjoy the relaxing tropical setting of Aloha Dreams Condo at Hale Kamaole located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, one of Maui's finest lifeguard protected beaches. Our condo has been remodeled and is comfortably furnished and regularly maintained. It has one bedroom and one bath with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room area allowing the condo to accommodate 2-4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals or you can try one of the local fine restaurants which are within easy walking distance. It is also located near many of Maui's popular activities whether it's golfing at one of Wailea's fine courses, visiting Makena Beach & State Park, or booking a whale watching or diving cruise through our on-site concierge service. In addition, the Hale Kamaole complex includes two swimming pools, a tennis court and two outdoor barbeque areas for grilling your dinner while enjoying one of Maui's fantastic sunsets! Rates are for double occupancy. A charge of $15 per night for each additional person applies throughout the year. A cleaning fee of $143 will be charged for all stays. A deposit of $100 per week of stay is required to hold your reservation. All rates are subject to Hawaii's tax at 14.42% Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
If reservations are cancelled up to 30 days or 60 days prior to arrival for low or high season rentals, respectively, advance payments will be refunded subject to an administrative charge of $25. After these dates, payments will be refunded on a pro rata basis if the condo is re-rented. Note, credit card payment service fees cannot be refunded.

Low Season: Full payment required 30 days prior to occupancy.

We offer a 10% discount for stays of 28 nights or longer.

Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Checking In/Out: Check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 5:00 PM so that we can arrange a late check-in with the property office.
Smoking: There is no smoking allowed in our condo or on the lanai.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Parking: Free and open parking for all guests at Hale Kamaole.
Office Hours: The office is open 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM Saturday and 10 AM - 4 PM on Sunday. It is closed for lunch between 1 PM and 2 PM daily. Check-in at the office upon arrival and at other times for mail and messages.
Pool Rules: No lifeguards are on duty at any time and swimming is at your own risk. Please take note of and abide by the pool rules, which are posted in the pool areas, to ensure a safe and happy time for everyone. Please shower before entering the pool and be sure that infants wear swimsuits, with proper protection (swim diapers). The pools are open from 8 AM – 9 PM. The lower pool is open for adult lap swimming and aquatics from 7 AM – 8 AM (which is still during quiet hours). For their own safety, children under the age of 13 should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool or in the pool area. Swim fins and boogie boards are not allowed in the pool. Note: Please remind your children that running, splashing, loud games and general horseplay are not allowed at any time.
Quiet Hours: Hale Kamaole is a quiet complex that our owners and guests enjoy. Please help us keep it that way by not using air conditioners, dishwashers, laundry appliances or garbage disposals between 10 PM and 8 AM daily. Also remember that the parking areas face the bedrooms so when returning at night or leaving early in the morning, please be as quiet as possible.
Tennis: A sign-up sheet is placed outside and to the left of the office at 6 AM, with play starting at 7 AM and ending at dusk. Please use non-scuff shoes and, as with the pool, play is at your own risk.
Barbecues: Barbecues are located near each pool and are the only areas where barbecuing is allowed. Due to fire risk, absolutely no portable barbecues can be used on the lanais or anywhere else on the property. Portable barbecues may be used in the park across the street.
Play Areas: Much care goes into keeping Hale Kamaole’s grounds in beautiful condition. If you would like to play football, soccer, baseball, golf, or similar games, please use the large grassy area across the road. Rollerblading, skateboarding, and scooters are not allowed on the property.
Common Areas: All items (such as lawn chairs and toys) must be removed from common areas when not in use. Please limit the number of personal items (including beach items and shoes) by entry ways.
Laundry: Please do not hang laundry, towels, bathing suits, etc. over lanai railings.
Trash Disposal: There are trash disposal areas with dumpsters located in the parking areas throughout the complex. We do recycle aluminum cans, but all other trash goes in the dumpster. When emptying trash or recyclables, please deposit quietly from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Energy Savings: The complex is not insulated so it is of little benefit to run air conditioners when you are out. Please turn them off when you leave as well as during quiet hours.
Fireworks: Fireworks are not allowed, at any time, anywhere on the property as they pose a fire risk.
Your Departure: Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for your personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn off all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. You may either return the key to the office staff or leave it locked in the unit on the kitchen counter.

We loved the location!
Room 240 was very nice. We loved the location, close to the beach and pool. The bed was very comfortable and the nice breeze keeping the room at the perfect temperature. We were excited to find everything we needed for the beach, towels, chairs,umbrellas, etc. it would have been nicer had the kitchen been a little more well appointed. (more dishes that could go in the dishwasher and more salt and pepper). We did enjoy using the bbq facilities. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Homey Hawaii is a great resource! My wife and I were booking a place for our honeymoon in Maui. We checked different hotels and Airbnb which had lots of options but were more on the expensive side. Our length of stay in Hawaii was dependent on the cost of accommodation. That's when we found Homey Hawaii and a super sweet deal in a great location. This literally meant we could stay for 2 weeks and we are so happy. The condo owner was fast to respond, very professional, and the transaction was easy. There were no hidden fees and it all just worked extremely well. Highly recommend.
