E komo mai! (Welcome!) When you step into this beautifully remodeled and appointed condo you will feel the aloha and welcome to Maui. There are many wonderful condos catering to families, so we have chosen our niche to be for a maximum of two persons. That also necessarily means that we lose rental potential, but we are willing to do that in order to maintain that special quality that would be impossible if we rented out to more than two persons at a time.

We are on-island owners who do our own condo management and cleaning... so we know exactly what is necessary to ensure it stays true to our high standards. We want your experience to be all that we ourselves would hope for when we are on holiday. Everything from kitchenware to linens are top quality. We have listened to our guests and feel confident that we have an excellent and fully equipped condo for our guests. All that is missing is you!

Deposit of $250 non-refundable deposit (applied toward rent) required to book, 50% due within 6 months of arrival, and balance at 30 days out. If within 6 months of arrival, 50% is required to book, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment by credit card, check, money order or Paypal. If using a non-US bank based credit card, a 3% surcharge applies. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Rental Policies


Cancellation Policy


The cancellation policy is very strict. The $250 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Refunds for cancellations will be made up to the $250 non-refundable deposit if the unit is able to be re-booked for the dates in question. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
