Located on the ground floor with its own private garden lanai/sitting area, this 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideally situated, close to the pool, gym, and tennis courts.
Stainless appliances, recessed lighting, and sparkling counters and cabinets highlight a well-equipped kitchen. The unit features a luxurious Queen bed, and a comfortable Queen sofa in the living room. Premium cable, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and free parking right outside the unit are among the features.
The Kamaole Sands showcases 15 manicured acres of grounds in a garden setting with water features, Plumeria, swaying Palms, Hibiscus, and an array of colorific tropical growth. The condo is a 30 second walk to the pool, the largest resort pool in South Kihei. There is also a children’s wading pool, adult and family hot tub, gym, ping pong, and tennis courts.
Directly across the street, the soft golden sand on one of Maui’s best beaches, Kamaole III, awaits. You will stroll across a long, sloping lawn – perfect for enjoying Maui’s legendary sunsets – before encountering a wonderful, protective warm-water swimming area. “Kam III” is a favorite grazing area for sea turtles, and features an easily accessible, vibrant snorkeling reef.
More than a dozen restaurants are within a few blocks and strolling Kihei Road is a great way to absorb South Kihei’s amazing beach culture. Paddleboard, kayak, and whale watch (in season, December through March) right along the shoreline, with several rental shops close by. You are also just three blocks from Wailea, the upscale community that is home to our shoreline wedding venues and resorts.
The added convenience and comfort of no elevator rides, and easy viewing and access off your living room to your private patio area are huge pluses in this light, bright, wonderfully furnished tropical oasis.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
