In the late afternoons, “Kam III” often hosts sea turtles in for the day’s final snack.

Amenities at the Kamaole Sands include a large pool area with ample shade and an additional kids’ wading pool, two spas (one for adults only), a fitness center, and nicely maintained tennis courts. Off property, more than a dozen restaurants await within a 4-block range, with shopping, rentals (surfboards, kayaks, standup boards, etc.), coffee, shave ice, etc. The property is less than a mile from manicured Wailea with its stunning beach walk and array of high-end dining options.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler.
Every guest is issued a unique access code for the duration of their stay, assuring complete privacy and security. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:
Detailed instructions will be provided regarding departure process.

Fantastic
We had a fantastic stay here. We are a family of four (two teenagers) and the living room is set up with a Murphy bed and a sofa bed. Our kids were definitely happy they each had their own bed! The kitchen is very well equipped, some spices, ziploc bags, Saran Wrap, automatic citrus juicer, blender etc. there was a beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs and wagon to tote everything to the beach. Beautiful and private patio to have your meals on. Management was very quick to respond and very helpful. The grounds are stunning. We loved our stay here and would def come back. Beautiful
The condo was so beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. Beautifully furnished, very clean, two bathrooms, washer and dryer was very nice to have, very quiet community. The grounds were so pretty with tropical plants, and water fountains. Easy walk through the gardens to the beach. Everything was close and convenient. Easy check in, good communication. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again!
