Our courtyard sites are perfect spots for any Maui adventure. Let the kids burn off energy at the pool, four tennis courts, or walk 3.5 minutes to Kamaole Beach III. "Kam III" (as the locals call it) has the best sunsets and sunrises. Load up the beach wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to the white sandy beach and take an early morning swim.
Step out on the large and private shady lanai for morning coffee, a meal, or an evening cocktail, or two.
Our 2nd floor unit sleeps 4 with a 1 bedroom (king bed) / 2 full bathrooms spaciously arranged in 818 square foot. We offer a comfortable couch with queen pull out for the kids.
The Reservation Desk is open 24/7 for your arrival.Complimentary coffee and local newspaper is available from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the lobby area.
Cook inside and show off your culinary treats in our updated kitchen with new stainless steel range with large oven, microwave, and quiet dishwasher, or take advantage of the outside bbq with cement picnic tables/bench. Meet other world travelers; strangers are friends you haven't met yet!
Once Covid restrictions are lifted, ask the front desk about free group tennis session or discounted private tennis lessons with a USTPA Pro! Take advantage of the complimentary poolside Mai Tai Party / hula show hosted by the Kamaole Sands Resort each Wednesday (weather permitting) from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Enjoy the daily island orientation poolside, which provides a chance to win a 2 for 1 island excursion.Continental breakfast is provided for the orientation audience. Our Concierge and Activity Specialist will help you discover and book your island excursions. If you fancy a zipline through the rainforest, a snorkel cruise to Molokini on the Calypso yacht, or a helicopter ride over the island, our resort concierge service will help you plan and book your adventures.
You will be less than five minutes from pampering spa treatments at the Four Seasons Resort, The Grand Wailea, Fairmont Kea Lani, Wailea Beach Marriott.

Second floor unit is close to the gated pool's entrance, two hot tubs and kiddie pool. Pool area includes Snack bar with fresh smoothies, snacks, plethora of novels, exercise room, showers/rest rooms, and shaded seating area with tables and pool lounge chairs. Enjoy Wednesday's Hula dancing and free maitais poolside 3 - 4:45 - weather permitting, at the Resort's discretion.

Travel Tip: Book your flight, request time off from work, arrange dog/child watch prior to booking your accommodations.
To avoid a $100 fine levied by the resort, all guests MUST register at the front office before accessing owner's unit. This is a resort house rule.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Travel insurance is advised as we have a strict cancellation policy. Either look for "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance, or your current insurance provider can advise you on insurance options.
All cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the nightly rate for your reservations dates.
If Guest cancels 60 or more days prior to arrival, 100% of monies paid will be refunded, less the cancellation fee.
If Guest cancels 59 days or less prior to arrival, he/she is responsible for the full amount of rent. If the unit is re-booked to another party for any of the dates of the reservation, the Owner will be refund the Guest the amount recovered, less the Cancellation Fee. Owners may not be able to rebook all or any dates and/or the nightly rate may be less than the nightly rate Guest reserved.
Payment Terms
Rates are displayed in US Dollars.
Until reservation is confirmed, all rental rates are subject to change without notice.
Hawaii 14.42% Occupancy/General Excise Tax will be added to rental rate.
Guest will pay $36.40 (plus tax) one-time resort fee at check-in.
Add $170.00 end of stay cleaning fee.
30% due at booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
$200 dollars cancellation fee.
**Late check out and fee amount MUST be negotiated in writing, at the time of booking.
**Late checkout for ½ the published nightly rate may be available from May-November.
**Late checkout not available from December-April. If you have a late night/red eye flight, book your departure night to stay stress free as long as needed that evening. You'll be so glad you did!
The larger of $300 or 25% of the rent Deposit is required to book.
Payments by personal checks or money orders are preferred to avoid fees.
Wire transfers and Paypal/credit card payments are accepted, if the guest covers the incurred fees.
Security Deposit
The Security Deposit is a refundable payment of $300.00 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. This payment is fully refunded within 10 business days after departure, if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
PARKING:
A reserved parking space is included at no extra cost to you. When you check in, the front desk will provide you with a "mirror card permit" with the space number. Please always keep your permit on the interior's rear view mirror.
OWNER'S CLOSET:
The locked closet in the master bedroom and the hall contains the owner's personal items. Please be respectful.
TELEPHONE:
The condo phone may be turned on with a $50.00 USD deposit when you check in to the front office. Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
GARBAGE:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day. Dumpsters are located inside Trash Room behind elevators in every building. Hawaii is a tropical environment and it is common to see various insects and animals around and inside the Property. There will be no refunds or cancellations from insect or animal sightings, bites, or stings. Guest may not leave uncovered and unsealed food out of the refrigerator as it may attract pests.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas in the parking lot edges only.
YOUR DEPARTURE:
Check the closet, furniture, dressers and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and air conditioners. Lock all windows and doors.

Awesome place!
We booked this trip last minute and everything went as smooth as possible. The place was clean and well stocked. It was so nice to have beach chairs, body boards and snorkel masks. Those can get expensive to rent and they are a pain to rent and return with Covid rules right now. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will bookmark it when I’m ready to return.
