Kamaole Beaches are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sunbathing, etc. After a great day of beach fun, relax with your favorite beverage with views of the ocean and enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian sunset.
Located on 15 acres of Polynesian gardens, the condo is situated in a quiet area of complex.. Relax on the private lanai and enjoy the song birds, coconut palms, tropical flowers, and plumeria trees. The large pool area is ideal for cooling off, playing with the kids, or just soaking up some rays. Gas BBQ’s and picnic tables are provided.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation notice must be received in writing. The refunds are made only in case we can re-rent the cancelled dates. $200 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. We make all efforts to re-rent all cancellations. If we are able to re-rent the cancelled dates for the full rent amount indicated in Guest’s Rental Agreement, we will refund all moneys paid by Guest less $200 cancellation fee. If we are able to re-rent the cancelled dates for less than the full rent amount indicated in Guest’s Rental Agreement, we will refund the remainder (if any) of all moneys paid by Guest less $200 cancellation fees and less the difference between the original rent and the amount we can recover by re-renting. For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.
ALTERNATIVE
A cancellation notice must be received in writing. For cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival (90 days or more in winters Dec 15 – Apr 15), the cancellation fee is $200. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival (less than 90 days in winters Dec 15 – Apr 15). For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season. Security Deposit
This is a payment of $250 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
GENERAL RULES
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 5 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
PARKING:
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
AIR CONDITIONER:
Please use the A/C sparingly and intermittently! If you are gone, do NOT have the A/C on. Try to not use the A/C at night while you sleep. Keep your windows and glass blinds open. Turn on your ceiling fans. Sleeping in the light breeze is
OWNERS CLOSET:
The locked closet in loft.
TELEPHONE:
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
GARBAGE:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
YOUR DEPARTURE:
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn 0ff all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors.

Perfect
We had a great time staying at Bob's Kamaole Sands condominium. The staff onsite are super friendly and helpful, the condominium was lovely furnished and well stocked, the wifi worked flawlessly for remote work and learning, and the deck was a great place to catch a view of the ocean at sunset. We walked down to the beach within 5 minutes and parking was super convenient. We would definitely stay there again when we return. Thank you!

Maui Vacation
We had a family trip booked to Maui during Spring Break this year and had planned to stay and Bob and Sue's condo for 10 days in late March/early April. Bob was very helpful throughout the booking process and happily answered all questions I had leading up to trip. When COVID-19 took over the world and disrupted all travel plans I reached out to Bob and Sue to determine what (if any) options we had. Much to our disappointment our family holiday had to be canceled. I did not expect that there would be much that we could do to recover any of our costs for accommodations. Bob and Sue responded immediately and graciously offered two options. One, to re-book for a later date or two, to receive a full refund. We were so surprised and relieved that we would not have to take a loss. They were more understanding and accommodating than we could have hoped. We are so grateful and look forward to a time when we can re-book our family vacation. Bob and Sue will be the first people we will contact!

Fantastic
Family Vacation to Maui
We loved this condo! My family and I were here for 9 days and had a blast. The resort is beautifully landscaped, has a nice pool area that the kids loved and is just across the street from a great beach where you can swim/snorkle with turtles. The condo has all the amenities you need to make for excellent beach days and was very comfortable overall. A huge thank you to Bob and Sue for helping to make our vacation incredible. We could not have asked for anything more!
