Our Kihei Kai Nani condo has been completely renovated with first class materials and fixtures. From the porcelain tile and onyx vessel sink and counter in the bathroom to the crown moulding detail, it features the quality of Wailea with the convenience and price of Kihei. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite slab counter-tops and is stocked with the tools to make you feel right at home. Free WiFi (password protected) that you do not need to share with the rest of the KKN community. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit. For added comfort there is a ceiling fan and an air-conditioning unit in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Enjoy the sunset view every night from the lanai or living room.

• Private and secured (password-protected) Free WiFi connection. While there is a public WiFi connection that the entire KKN complex shares, we offer our guests a private connection. No sharing bandwidth or worrying about being on a non-secured connection.
• Washer/dryer in the unit. Adding to the comfort, the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit allows you to pack light.
• Keyless entry – no need to worry about bringing keys to the beach. Each guest receives their own unique entry code that they have the ability to change to something easy to remember that expires on your departure. No more sharing the door lock box key with all past/future guest, cleaning person, handyman, etc.
• Unlimited long distance to US Mainland and Canada.
• No additional fees for using a credit card for booking.
• Best view at KKN – there really isn’t any better view in the complex.
• Location, location, location. The Kihei Kai Nani complex is within walking distance to a number of restaurants and stores and directly across the street from family-friendly and life-guarded Kama'ole Beach II.
• Non-smoking unit, this includes the lanai and entryway. All KKN units are non-smoking. The complex has a couple of designated smoking areas, however the common areas (office, pool, etc) are also non-smoking.
Please respect our home and our neighbors by smoking in the two designated areas only.
The Kihei Kai Nani condo complex is located on seven acres of tropical landscaping that includes a 60 foot pool and multiple gas BBQs. There are coin-operated washers/dryers located behind the office. We are centrally located to convenience stores, shopping and restaurants to satisfy every taste, that are all within easy walking distance. There are also three grocery stores in the Kihei Area, all within a 5-10 minute drive away. World class restaurants, shopping and golf are also only a short drive away. Ask us for suggestions.
Located literally steps away from Kama'ole Beach II, our deluxe unit is one of the closest units to the ocean. The Kamaole II Beach offers great swimming and snorkeling or just a place to soak in the warm Maui sun or catch the sunset. Rates do not include 14.42% Occupancy Tax. The Kihei Kai Nani is a non-smoking in all units and in common areas. There are a two designated smoking areas in the complex, please ask at office for locations. Check in is at 3PM, check-out is at 11AM. We do offer a late check-out for 1/2 of the booking rate.
100% refund if canceled 90 days before arrival date.
25% of the booking total is due at time of booking. The remaining payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival.
There is a $300.00 refundable damage deposit in addition to the rental fees. It is fully refunded within 7 days if there are no damages. The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules (smoking on lanai or in unit), and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is free and is not reserved, there is parking directly in front of our unit. You will need to go to the Kihei Kai Nani office upon your arrival to pick up your parking permit. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. Our parking is monitored.
All calls to the US Mainland and Canada are free
Bugs are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day and at your departure in the bin is located right in the parking lot.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others who are also trying to enjoy their vacation or are lucky enough to be permanent residents.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for your personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn off all lights and the air conditioner. Please remove all garbage and recycling.

We've stayed in this unit two different times , it's very easy walk to several cafes and restaurants . The only downside is the noise and traffic on Kihei Rd but the view is nice and the unit itself is very comfortable
