Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Hawaii has the most expensive electricity in the USA - Please turn off A/C when the doors and windows are open. Turn off lights, set A/C on low and pull shades when leaving to keep unit cool. Enjoy the over-head and stacker fans for cooling.
Parking is permitted in the designated space B20. Please register at the front desk for a parking permit upon your arrival. Additional parking permits available through the front desk for a nominal fee
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Pests are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash often. Please recycle cans, glass, paper etc in bins near the BBQ area
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai.
Please respect the check out time of 11am unless previous arrangements have been made. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn off all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Please take out trash and throw out all open food/left overs from the fridge.

Lovely Condo. Very Convenient in Kihei
We had just a wonderful time here. The condo was clean, everything works well, and stocked with everything we needed for the beach (snorkels, fins, boogie board, towels). Jan is kind and caring and works to make sure your stay goes well. Great view of the beach from the balcony made outside dining a delight. Condo complex has two good-sized pools and easy access to the beach in Kihei, and our personal favorite, Ulua Beach in Wailea. Highest recommendation for this vacation condo

Comfortable and Convenient
Maui Kameole B201 is nicely situated at the south end of Kihei town, across the street from Kameole Beach Park 3. There were 5 of us, and we fit nicely, two each in the queen beds, and one on a blow-up air mattress. There were two bathrooms with showers, and a stacked washer/dryer set. We were very pleased to find beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling masks in the storage area on the small outside deck. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, glasses, basic condiments and there were extra cleaning and bathroom supplies. One pool with hot tub is just across the parking lot, and adjacent to it is a small library with books and videos. Janet was very responsive when we had a few minor issues, both via phone and via text. The location was great, and it was easy to walk north to Kihei town, or south to Wailea. I would recommend you attend a "whale talk" at the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Visitor Center, at the north end of town; it's free! We really liked Beach Street Maui Shave Ice, a short walk north of the condo. Each morning early you will find people walking and running on the sidewalk of S. Kihei Rd, most going south toward Wailea, which is a nice run, a bit hilly. The Maui Brewery was fun, and while we were there they hosted a 5k run! Overall we were very pleased and would return!

Love that it is close to the pool and beach. The slice of an ocean view is lovely at sunset, and any time. Comfortable. Owner is responsive and easy to work with.
