Most units here are loft layouts, with the Master overlooking the living room: this one was remodeled, the Master enclosed to create a large luxury Suite with its own lanai. Adding to the private ambiance, this unit is a corner condo with no one above you and no common walls. The unit sleeps up to six (with high-end Aerobed hosting two), and its elegant furnishings are a cut above typical vacation rental fare. Air conditioned throughout, the condo features high-speed WiFi and upgraded cable. A fully equipped kitchen is outfitted for cooking and prepping for the close-by gas grill, with as full range of small appliances and culinary support. This condo truly is one of the most beautiful units at one of the top-rated resorts on Maui.
An over-sized shaded lanai is surrounded by swaying Palms and is decked out with comfortable seating area suitable for enjoying outdoor dining, morning coffee and sunset refreshments. The interior is extra spacious, approximately 400 square feet larger than many of Kihei’s 2-bedroom condos. Maui Kamaole is located at the southernmost end of South Kihei, two blocks from Wailea, and convenient to south Maui’s best restaurants and shopping. The resort has two large pools, hot tubs, fitness center and tennis courts.
The nearby beaches (across the street) offer warm-water swimming in and around pristine reef with incredible visibility, teeming with colorful tropical fish. You're in close proximity to the center of Kihei's sun-drenched beach culture and can easily partake of every activity: learn to surf, kayak in the gentle surf and explore the reef, stand up paddle board, snorkel, and dive. Across the street, by Kam III, the turtles are known to congregate regularly for their Algae Salad main course! A dozen restaurants are within walking distance, and Kihei's shopping and dining spans every taste from luxury to local.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 29 days of arrival, there shall be no refund unless the property is re-rented during the full period of the reservation. If the property is re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the nights that are re-rented.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Outstanding Stay at Maui Kamaole!
Maui Kamaole, located in Kihei, was easy to get to from the airport and we had a reserved parking spot in front of our door.
Of all the condos at Maui Kamaole, we think L-210 is the best!
It is strategically located by what we called the “jungle” pool - complete with a waterfall, lots of greenery and flowers, with a hot tub, lounge chairs, barbeque grills and tables under a covered area and tennis courts nearby.
Three lanais allowed the wonderful tropical breezes to flow through both floors and we’d sit out on the lanai off the living room listening to the birds and waterfall every morning and most evenings – so relaxing!
The condo has all the comforts of home with a washer/dryer, nice sized kitchen, large frig/freezer and full-sized stove. Nothing is too far away and we loved our stay.
The beaches are so close and so beautifully kept – Longs (CVS) Drugstore is also close by and carries just about everything you could imagine. There are many shopping options up and down South Kihei Road for whatever you might need.
We are definitely planning to come back again!
A special note of appreciation to Todd, Operations Manager for this condo, who is just about the nicest person you’ll ever meet. . . not only was he helpful, answering our many questions; he made us feel like we were family up for a visit!
