Located in southernmost Kihei, two blocks from Wailea resort, the Maui Kamaole is a low-density, low-rise resort situated on 23 acres of pristine, manicured tropical gardens and colorful Hawaiian flora. One of the highest-ranked resorts in Kihei, featuring the largest 1-bedroom floor plan (849 square feet) and two bathrooms, Maui Kamaole is also known for its spectacular tropical oasis waterfall pool, one of two on the property.
Beautifully updated throughout, with an elegant combination of high-end carpeting and tile, this immaculate and sparkling clean unit is equipped with every convenience and upgrade. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and a massive living room TV with premium cable. A dedicated parking space is situated close to the unit, and there are no stairs to negotiate, and no noisy elevators on property.
The kitchen was set up to create and serve your own tropical feast, and the unit hosts four very comfortably. It was remodeled with gorgeous tile flooring, granite counters and hardwood cabinets, and is equipped with a full array of small appliances and cookware. There is a washer-dryer in the unit.
A luxurious King Bed with premium hotel-level mattress and sumptuous bedding offers a perfect respite from your busy, or leisurely Maui day, and you will find the oversized bedroom quiet, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bedroom opens to a wonderful private garden lanai, with its own sitting area. The sofa sleeper in the living room provides options for additional guests with an upgraded memory foam mattress.
A completely remodeled Master bathroom offers a contemporary and beautifully finished tile shower and bathtub, granite counters and wood cabinets, and complimentary and efficient lighting. A second bathroom helps create convenient and comfortable space for two couples or small family.
One of the best things about Maui Kamaole is its location, at the hub of South Kihei’s vibrant beach culture. Paddleboard, kayak, and snorkel at some of the island’s best beaches, right across the street. Rent gear close by and walk to a dozen restaurants within a few blocks away. Spectacular Keawakapu Beach, the gateway to Wailea and a two mile stretch of beach that leads to the Wailea beach walk, is one of the top-rated beaches in all the islands.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

Great location and good facilities and upkeep
Had a very enjoyable stay at his condo. The development is right across the street from the Kehai Boat Ramp and is convenient for fisherman and boaters. It is also about 1/4 mile from Wailea. The condo itself was well kept. The only complaint I would have is it had a high humidity level when we arrived and wet carpets. Probably attributable to a carpet cleaning. The unit is equipped with all that you need for your stay except the food and drink! I would buy gallons of bottled water for coffee making and drinking at the health food grocery down the street where Crystal Geyser is about $2.50/gal. Foodland is also a good general grocery and has some of the best Poke for takeout on this side of the island.
The lower swimming pool is right next to the unit we stayed in, but we walked a few hundred feet to the upper pool which was surrounded by palmtrees and had a nice jacuzzi.
For beaches, just go out and find one where you can park for free. All of the beaches in Maui are required to be publically accessible.
