Welcome to Maui Kamaole, located in South Kihei, bordering Wailea. The property is a tropical gem, with lush foliage, 2 swimming pools, several barbeque areas and easy beach access. The location sits conveniently between Wailea and Kihei shops and restaurants. Maui Kamaole is our home away from home and we hope you will love it.
Condo J-121 is 1,061 square feet, with spacious living areas, including two lanais. The condo has been fully remodeled and recently renovated with designer furnishings and original artwork. There is tile flooring throughout; the living room and bedroom have split unit air conditioners, ceiling fans, and door screens. A luxurious mattress was installed in late 2018 that has a cooling gel on the top layer, with silk and wool below. Sweet Hawaiian dreams! The lanai adjacent to the bedroom incorporates a small Zen-like garden for reading or quiet relaxation. The ocean-facing lanai has an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean, Kaho'olawe, and the West Maui mountains. Truly magical at sunrise and sunset. Both bathrooms feature rain showers, luxurious bath towels, and large mirrors with excellent lighting. The laundry area has a full size washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counters; stainless steel appliances, cookware, and cooking tools. It is fully equipped for cooking at home, barbequing, and entertaining. There is a variety of drinkware for cocktails on the lanai or at the beach watching the sunset. The condo has two smart, flat screen TVs: a 43'' Sony in the living room and a 32'' in the bedroom. The ''beach closet'' has some fun beach items plus an assortment of beach towels.
J-121 is a terrific vacation home for the discerning Hawaiian traveler. We've made every effort to set a high standard for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience such that you won't want to leave! We have many repeat guests and hope you become one, too.

Any reservations that are cancelled 44 days prior to arrival, shortened or once guest has arrived they request to depart early are subject to no refund.

Deposit less $200 is refundable if cancellation is received up to 10/31
All reservations must be guaranteed as of 11/1 or subject to possible no refund
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. Reservations must be secured by a $350 deposit.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Cleaning fee will cover a departure (check-out) clean only. No daily maid service is included.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

luxury condo on paradise island
Property was very well equipped, appreciated having the use of beach items. Kitchen was great, everything was so big though, oversized everything. There was no bottle opener, we searched high and low, but in the end had to borrow from a neighbor. Decor was perfect, as were the furnishings. All very clean. The lanai was lovely and we could have been completely alone out there; not overlooked by the neighbors and no other condos in front - just the flowers, trees and the ocean in the distance. Just lovely! The location was good too - between the more down to earth area at the top end of S. Kehie Road, and just before the exotic mega-resorts lower down. A trip down to the end of the road is a must - some lovely beaches and the last lava flow on the island, over 200 years ago, plus a lovely coastal walk over lava and sand. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location right next to the tropical pool. Had a beautiful ocean view from the lanai.
The closet was stocked with essential beach supplies: chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys.
The only thing that was bothersome were the sheets. I'm sure they were washed but they had a musky smell (which is normal when you live near the beach).
Other than that we were quite happy with our stay.
