Located on the Top Floor of the preferred building (Bldg. 3) at Maui Vista Resort, this beautifully renovated and decorated condo features a full-on, direct ocean view from the living room and lanai. Everything is new and sparkling from a remodel in October of 2018, done in an upscale, tropical tone, with an emphasis on comfort as well as style.
This is arguably the best location at the resort -- Building 3 is quiet and private, and the top floor units are unique in their split-level design. What really sets this location apart is the breathtaking view of the ocean -- from Molokini to the West Maui Mountains. It s an incredible place to soak in Maui s spectacular sunrises and sunsets, both of which were photographed from the lanai.
The layout was opened up with a completely new kitchen, including gorgeous granite counters, Cherry cabinets, and new full-sized appliances. The kitchen, like the rest of this "second home" condo, has been properly outfitted with every essential and lots of extras, and was set up to actually prepare and serve for six guests.
Your guests will sleep in air conditioned comfort throughout. A new, elevated unit properly cools the living room; both bedrooms get an assist from new, state of the art portable AC units. Free wifi, cable, and parking.
This tidy tropical oasis features swaying Palms, Plumeria, and an array of manicured tropical growth. There are 3 pools -- one for each building -- tennis courts, gas grills, and elevators.
You ll be staying in the epicenter of Maui s world-famous beach culture, right across the street from Charley Young Beach. A three minute walk from the building, Charley Young is a wonderful, soft golden sand beach with pristine, warm water swimming and an adjoining snorkeling reef. Charley Young adjoins Kamaole One Beach, and you can walk the shoreline and on several o f Maui s best beaches for several miles.
The resort is within a few blocks of more than a dozen restaurants, of nearly every persuasion, as well as a grocery store, coffee shop, shopping, and rentals. You re close enough to rent paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear, and walk right to the beach with gear in hand.
The unit features comfortable bedding and luxury linens, and is equipped with a King in the master and twins in the second bedroom. A brand new Sleeper Sofa hosts up to two more guests.
Both bathrooms have been remodeled, and are consistent with the tropical elegance of the rest of the unit. The sofa and living room chairs are a significant cut above most vacation rental fare: the condo was set up as a second home for its owner, and furnished accordingly. There is a washer-dryer in the unit.
Tasteful, tropical art -- much of it from local Maui craftsmen -- create an upscale, tropical tone.

NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON LANAI
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in any open space. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
