A cancellation notice must be received in writing. The refunds are made only in case we can re-rent the cancelled dates. $200 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. We make all efforts to re-rent all cancellations. If we are able to re-rent the cancelled dates for the full rent amount indicated in Guest’s Rental Agreement, we will refund all moneys paid by Guest less $200 cancellation fee. If we are able to re-rent the cancelled dates for less than the full rent amount indicated in Guest’s Rental Agreement, we will refund the remainder (if any) of all moneys paid by Guest less $200 cancellation fees and less the difference between the original rent and the amount we can recover by re-renting. For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. The 50% of the rent Deposit is required to book. Balance is due 60-90 days prior to check-in, depending on season (90 days in winters Dec 15 - Apr 15). Payments by personal checks or money orders are preferred to avoid fees. Wire transfers and Paypal/credit card payments are accepted, if the guest covers the incurred fees.
This is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property or the a/c rules being ignored. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay. The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear. We have never had to keep a security deposit and truly don't want to! Please check with owner if you have any questions at all.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival; office may be closed, so writing your unit number on the paper till morning, will be appreciated by security guard.
Please use the A/C sparingly and intermittently! If you are gone, do NOT have the A/C on; it takes just a few minutes upon return to cool the unit. If you use the A/C at night while you sleep, it's a 2 part system, so using the bedroom a/c, and shutting off the main living area is expected. Keep your windows and doors closed when a/c is on.
The locked closet over the linen closet is an owner's locker. Please be respectful.
Cell phones generally work fine, however there is a pay phone in the elevator area next to the restaurant on site.
Small itsy ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Also use refrigerator or oven for storing food items. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn off all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors.

Very pleased with our stay at this condo. Beautiful view right on the ocean. Saw whales every day from our lanai. The condo was well equipped with spices and kitchen equipment. Toaster oven came in handy so we only needed to use the oven once. Kept the lanai door and windows open during the night with a nice breeze going through the condo. Didn’t need the air conditioner. Rooftop barbecues were so convenient and could watch the sunset while eating our evening meals. Hope to return someday in the near future.

Fabulous View, Great Location
Gayle's condo is indeed in a great location. The view is fantastic. You could see the whales nearby. Saw a bunch of turtles sunning on the beach as well. Everything you need and more is in the kitchen. The breeze is great and it was very relaxing to fall asleep listening to the waves outside. Don't forget to go to the roof top. Great bbq area and wonderful place to have a glass of wine and watch the sunsets!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was perfect, views were stunning, and condo was clean, and well kept, and updated. We already have plans to stay here again, as often as we can!
