*All Cancellations WILL incur a $ 400 non-refundable Fee.
*All transfers of bookings from the original dates to new ones incur a $ 100 Fee.
Transfers are handled like cancellations and therefore the same rules apply.
In order to receive a refund of your payment, minus this charge, written cancellations (e-mails) must be made within at least 60 days (90 days for High and Peak Season,) prior to your scheduled arrival.
*If a reservation is cancelled with written notice, within less than the number of days specified above, you WILL forfeit the full amount of the reservation, unless the property is re-rented
We will try our best to re-book and refund you your deposit.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars.
A deposit of 25% is required to reserve dates.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. (90 days for High and Holiday Season)
Payments by personal checks, money orders, Venma, Credit Cards and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 7 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is provided behind the building. Car needs to be registered.
Local and long distance phone calls to the US Mainland, Canada are free.
Bugsare a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
NO Smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the lanai.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors.
