This is our second home, and is furnished and accessorized as such. NOT YOUR TYPICAL VACATION RENTAL! We offer our guests such amenities as free internet access, free use of a personal safe, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, ice chests, etc. In addition, the condo has been remodeled and has granitie counters in the kitchen, large flat screen TV on swivel mount and a Queen Size Murphy Bed that allows four people to really sleep comfortably (both the master and Murphy bed have soft top memory mattress toppers for maximum comfort!). Romantic master bedroom in rich jewel tones with it's own private bath, plus second bath and washer/dryer unit in condo. Tile floors and tiled Lanai, really allow this floor plan to OPEN UP and is perfect for entertaining! Wonderful Ocean and Fountain/Garden Views and just steps away from the Kamaole Beach III - one of the finest swim and boogie boarding beaches in all of Maui! Cancelations within 60 days of arrival forfeit Reservation/Security Deposit. Cancelations 61 days or longer receive a full refund.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. Taxes (11.42%), Resort Fee's ($15.68) and cleaning fee's ($95.00) are NOT INCLUDED IN DAILY RATES AND MUST BE ADDED!

50% Payment is due 60 days Prior to your arrival with the balance due 30 days prior. We accept Master Card, Visa, Cashiers Check or Money Orders. We also accept Pay Pal for your convenience.
This is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 2 weeks if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
PARKING: Park only in your assigned parking space. Space #15 - or you will be towed!
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down off lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Leave the keys on entry table and make sure master key is in lock box on front door.
