CLASSIC HAWAIIAN TOUCHES
The ground-floor unit sits in a highly sought-after building in the inner courtyard, with incredible views of the lushly-landscaped grounds. To match the courtyard views is peace that comes from being away from the main road and resort pool.
Inside, tasteful island décor includes local art and Hawaiian accents throughout. Spend quiet nights relaxing in the living room with cozy sofa that doubles as a sleeper for the kids or extra guests. Open the sliding glass doors and let the inside and outside merge. The covered lanai offers shade and a place to lounge, dine or watch the kids play in the grassy area.
From your favorite meals to beach snacks, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal prep. Along with full-size appliances, you have all the cookware, dishes, and pantry basics you’ll need. Sit down to meals at the four-person table adjacent to the kitchen.
Drift off into dreamland in the bedroom, where a queen bed is outfitted with tropical bedding and a large window offers a tropical garden. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower combination. Another full bathroom provides additional getting-ready space with a large vanity and shower.
When the tropical sun is at its hottest, the trade winds typically sweep in to offer relief from the heat. You’ll also stay comfortable throughout the condo thanks to A/C and ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom.
Pack your flip-flops and swimsuit—we’ll take care of everything else with a list of amenities that goes on and on to ensure you feel at home…stackable washer and dryer, on-island contact available 24/7, bath towels, and bed linens. You also have access to everything you need for the beach including over-sized beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice chests, and sand toys.
Kamaole Sands resort boasts over 15 acres of tropical grounds including palm trees, plumeria trees, orchid walls, birds of paradise and fountains.
Hang out by the large pool with plenty of deck chairs to relax. There’s also two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, gym, tennis courts, and ping pong. The on-site concierge is your go-to for island excursions and local restaurant recommendations. Join the free Wednesday Mai Tai party and enjoy live Hawaiian music and fun with couples and families alike.
EXPERIENCE THE ISLAND
Right across the street, Kamaole III Beach offers family-friendly fun including swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, turtle sightings, and sandcastle-building. The beach has lifeguards and a spacious grassy area for front row seats to the spectacular sunsets.
We’re situated on the sunny, dry side of Maui, putting you near some of the best beaches in Hawaii. There's so many, you could visit a different beach each day! Spend one day relaxing and sunbathing and the next getting an adrenaline rush boogie boarding, surfing, and stand up paddle boarding.
Kihei Town is laid-back and low-key with dining, nightlife, and shopping, most within walking distance. Just one mile away is Wailea, known for its world-class resorts, beaches, dining, upscale shopping, golf courses and spas.
Our On-Island Contact is Edy Daniel of Maui Vacation Rental Support. During your stay she is available on island to assist with your needs. We are always available, too!
Note: The resort is painting all exteriors of buildings over two phases with the final phase between April to November 2018. This beautification project will temporarily disrupt our normal resort ambiance. Our building is scheduled for May 14 through June 23, 2018, and our calendar is blocked accordingly to not disrupt our guest stays. This project will also temporarily suspend assigned parking and an open parking system has been implemented to ease parking during this time. We apologize for this inconvenience as the resort makes this valuable improvement.

Must provide your home address, home phone, mobile phone you will travel with, names and ages of each guest at the time of making reservation.
Must transmit signed rental agreement within 3 days of reserving. If owner does not receive in 10 days, reservation will be cancelled.
Must first check in at front desk and agrees to pay the $25 resort fee.
All cancellations will result in a fee equivalent to the nightly rental rate for your reserved dates. Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive full refund, less the Cancellation Fee
Cancellation 59 days or less prior to arrival will be refunded only if the unit can be re-rented. Refund is based on the amount owner are able to recover for cancelled dates, less the Cancellation Fee.
To reserve your dates we require a $300 security deposit. For our U.S guests we accept Cashier Checks and for our International guests we accept U.S. Bank Drafts. Your deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within seven days or your reserved dates will be open to others. Your remaining balance is due 60 days or more before your arrival date.
A $300 refundable security deposit is required to reserve your dates. Your security deposit will be refunded once the housekeeping report is received, typically within 5-10 days after your departure.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Prior to entering our unit check-in with Castle Resorts front desk which is open 24 hours per day 7 days a week At check in you will be required to pay the $35 resort fee (subject to change at anytime). At check in you will be provided a parking pass for our unit's assigned parking stall. You will also receive the access code to the pool area and walk-in entrance gates, along with an access card for the parking lot. Be advised that our unit has a key less door code assigned specifically for your stay. The front desk will NOT have this code and you will receive this code directly from the owner approximately two weeks before your arrival.
CHECK IN / OUT:
You may check in after 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out time is before 11 am. Early or late arrivals may only be arranged at the time of reservation. There is a fee of one-half the nightly rate for an early arrival or late check out.
The one-time $35 resort fee covers Entry Gate electronic cards, parking permit, daily Maui Newspaper (available in the lobby), Maui magazine (available at the front desk), Wednesday poolside Mai Tai party from 3 to 5pm. The resort fee and items that it provides are subject to change at any time per the Resort.
Please park only in our unit's assigned parking stall. We recommend parking at the entrance of Building 7 to unload your luggage and groceries.
If you wish to establish the unit's land line telephone you can set up a $50 deposit at the front desk. Under the deposit local and toll-free calls are free. Long Distance calls will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit, less any long distance charges are refunded to you upon check out.
The maximum number of occupants for this unit is 4.
Our guests are asked to observe the Kamaole Sands Resort quiet time hours which are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Remember for some folks the resort is their full time residence and not a vacation playground.
Dispose of all kitchen trash at least every day during your stay. The garbage room is located on the backside the elevators.
No pets are allowed in any units of the Kamaole Sands Resort.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only. If housekeeping assesses there was smoking in the unit a smoke damage cleaning fee will be assessed. The front desk can advise of the designated smoking areas throughout the resort.
We do require that you complete the following “chores” prior to departure:
• From the refrigerator, cabinets and countertops, remove the following items to the garbage room:
• Leftover food containers
• Remove food from washable storage containers
• Throw away open food and beverages
• Load dirty dishes into dishwasher and start; housekeeping will put the dishes away once clean
• Sweep/vacuum excessive sand brought into the unit via beach towels, clothing, shoes, beach toys etc.
• Rented baby furniture (strollers, cribs, etc.) must be picked up by the rental company prior to your departure.
• All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival.
• Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings.
• Turn down all lights and the air conditioner.
• Ensure Patio sliding door is locked
• Ensure front door is locked
• All windows should be closed
