Spacious, contemporary, and tastefully decorated, two bedroom, two full bath condominium is available for your visit to Maui! This family-owned condominium is perfect for any party requiring a place with all the amenities of home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and wares to make your meals or prepare a picnic for the beaches. All you need to do is stock up the refrigerator by visiting any of the local markets nearby (Safeway, Times Market, or Foodland). With all that savings, the hardest part of the vacation is determining what island activities to spend it on!
Our condominium is on the fourth (top floor) in Building Five. Top floor for great lanai views of the complex with some views of the ocean. Building Five is the farthest away from the town's main road noise. The complex is beautiful and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Onsite desk for booking island activities. Rest easy with local 24 hours property management company assistance if needed.
The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed (medium firmness) with a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds (one firm and medium) and an adjacent full bathroom. The living room rattan sofa has a pullout bed (perfect for our younger guests). Bed and bath linen, basic starter set of bath toiletries (bring shampoo), kitchen detergent and paper towels included. Free Wi-Fi throughout the unit.
Steps (across the road) to Kamaole Beach III - one of Maui's best beaches. Snorkel in the calm turquoise water or laze on the sandy shores. The beach is great for little ones - water and sand... what else can you ask for? Our unit is located in Kihei and can be a great homebase to exploring the rest of the island. The unit is approximately one mile to Wailea, ~25 minutes to Kahului Airport (OGG), and ~45 minutes to Kaanapali.

Up to 30 days prior to arrival = $150 fee;
15 - 29 days prior to arrival = $250 fee;
0 - 14 days prior to arrival = 4 nights rental charge
Special Christmas Cancellation Policy (applicable to all arrivals during the period 12/16 - 1/5):
Prior to Nov 1 - $150.00 fee;
Nov 1 thru Nov 30 - $400.00 fee;
After Nov 30 and Early Departures: no refunds, no exceptions
Visa and Mastercard accepted. $350 deposit required at time of reservation. Balance due will be charged to credit card used for deposit approximately 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings with less than 30 days arrival require full payment.
A Visa or Mastercard credit card hold or $500.00 cash damage deposit will be required at check-in. The deposit guarantees minimum payment for charges that may result from damages, excessive cleaning, house rules violation fines or loss to the property or its contents caused by guests during their stay. Guest liability is not limited to initial damage deposit.
All occupants must abide by Kamaole Sands House Rules (available at front desk). Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas in the complex. Smoking is definitely not permitted in the unit or lanai.
