Our Piece of Paradise and home away from home is Kihei Garden Estates D104. We are perfectly located in the heart of Kihei, yet only 80 yards from a very quiet and private beach. It is described as one of Kihei’s best kept secrets. You are a five minute walk from the Times Super Market, farmer’s market, and Azeka’s Market, with its many shops and restaurants. The best restaurants in Kihei are within a short walk.
The famous Sugar Beach, three miles of beautiful white sand, is 2.5 miles north. Just over a mile south you will find Kama’ole I, the start of the chain of three beaches reportedly some of the best on the Hawaiian Islands. Kihei is on the leeward side of the island with the best climate on Maui.
We are less than a mile from the nice Elleair Golf Course which is the most reasonably priced course on the island. Wailea and Makena are world famous courses just 10 miles south. If you’re heading to Ma’alaea Harbour for a whale watching tour or boat ride to Molokini to snorkel or scuba dive, our piece of paradise is ideally located.
Our ground floor, air conditioned 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo has been beautifully renovated and decorated with Tommy Bahama furniture in a tasteful tropical theme. The unit sleeps up to six adults. The master bedroom has a Vera Wang California king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The sleeper sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed. Our high standards and expectations from our previous vacations have influenced the experience we have created for you. We understand that vacations are precious and we want to ensure that your break from your busy lives is as enjoyable as possible.
Enjoying your morning coffee or back at home after a day of activity, you will find an open, yet private lanai. Imagine the romance of enjoying a relaxing dinner while you take pleasure in the gentle breezes of Maui. Perfectly located within the complex, you are a nice stroll from the pool, Jacuzzi and barbeques. The grounds are peaceful and very well maintained.
We tried to think of everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Besides the detail right down to the wine glasses and goblets, we have supplied beach mats, boogie boards, coolers and even beach toys if you brought the kids.
You will not regret making Kihei Garden Estates D104 your base while you enjoy your tropical vacation. We want your Piece of Paradise experience to be one that you will tell your friends about. Quiet time is 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
The use of sound producing equipment, including cell phones, which are intrusive are prohibited in common areas.
This is a non-smoking condo and complex, which includes; the lanai, vicinity and grounds. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Smoking is prohibited in the pavilion and pool area.
Pool and hot tub hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
No glass or foods are allowed in pool area. We have provided plastic, non-breakable containers for your use in the pool and pavilion area.
Feeding the birds and stray animals is prohibited.
Trash must be placed in the containers provided and at no time left outside doors or on other common property. We recommend removing the trash each night to keep critters away.
The garburator cannot process husks like pineapple and shrimp. Please use the garbage for those types of waste.
When rinsing sand off your sandals & snorkel gear please use the hose provided on the Lanai or at the front door. Please do not use the sink. This causes sand to build up in the pipes which can result in the flooding of our unit and other units.
To prevent critters from entering the unit, it is best to keep the lanai screen door closed when the sliding door is open.
