We have a welcoming ground floor, 723 sq. ft. one bedroom condominium at the Kihei Kai Nani complex across the street from a beautiful beach, Kamaole II, in Kihei (240 paces to sand). Kamaole II is a beautiful golden sand beach (rated as one of the 15 best beaches on Maui by the well respected Maui Revealed), which is both long and wide and has a nice snorkeling reef at its end. It has a lifeguard during the day and is shallow, making it family friendly. A short walk away are Kamaole I and III and a well maintained pathway is available for walkers and joggers that will take you from one beach to another all the way down to beautiful and exclusive Wailea (a relaxing 2 mile shoreline walk). There are benches situated along this pathway to allow for resting and Whale Watching during the December - March timeframe, when the Whales are frequently seen frolicking just off shore.
Kihei Kai Nani is located adjacent to a number of shops and restaurants, making it possible to stay here without the need for a rental car. The Maui bus stops by on S. Kihei road, just outside the complex, for non-walking distance outings. The staff at Kihei Kai Nani is very helpful and will assist with informational needs. Parking is free for one vehicle per condo. Parking is not assigned, but one can always find a spot close to the condo.
The unit is equipped with a Queen sized bed + a Queen sized sofa bed and has a fully functioning / stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher to enable you to make breakfast, lunch or dinner and save money. It is all tiled, recently updated & fully furnished for you to enjoy your vacation in Maui. The condo is stocked with bath and beach towels and linens and starter toiletries. It has an ideal location in the complex with a garden view, giving it the advantage of privacy, so that you can sit quietly on the lanai and enjoy breakfast or read a book or simply enjoy hearing the birds. It is also steps away from the large freshwater pool and the main office and laundry facilities. The condo has a TV/DVD/Radio in the Living room as well as a TV in the bedroom. Cable TV and Free Wi-Fi internet is included and number of books and movies are also available for your enjoyment. An outdoor BBQ is feet way from the Lanai, and beach chairs & umbrella are provided, as well as an assortment of snorkels, masks, fins & some beach play equipment.

Unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and have basic start-up toiletries. Beach and Bath towels are provided.
Foodland, a 24 hour Supermarket, is 1 mile from the complex. Other stores in Kihei include Times Super Market and Safeway. Costco, K-Mart and Wallmart are located in Kahului.
A coin operated laundry facility is located on the premises next to the pool.
Parking is free for one car per condo. Parking is unassigned, but you are always able to get a spot close to the condo.
Check in required with Kihei Kai Nani Office Staff upon arrival to obtain parking pass.
Guests are asked to tidy-up before leaving, enabling our housekeeping staff to come in and quickly clean the unit for the next guests.
Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans. We provide information regarding a travel insurance company. PLEASE insure your trip. We CANNOT provide refunds for cases of cancellation.
- Deposit is always un-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Amounts paid beyond the deposit, are non-refundable if cancellation is made 45 days prior to scheduled arrival or later (60 days for December bookings).
Weekly and Daily rates based on double occupancy.
$10 extra per night per person (up to 4 max)
All rates are subject to change without notice.
13.42% Mandatory Hawaii State Tax applies to all bookings.
Dates cannot be reserved without a deposit ($300 / $600 for 28+ days reservation).
Credit Card information required in lieu of security deposit.
2 night minimum stay. $95 cleaning charge applies to stays less than 7 nights. $50 cleaning charge applies to stays of 7 or more nights.
Full payment due October 15th for any booking from December 1st through January 1st.
Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.

- Credit Cards accepted (4% Bank Fee applies to any amount charged). Contact owner directly to arrange.

The condo complex observes and enforces quiet time after 10 pm
Condo complex rules prohibits smoking in condos and lanais (this is enforced by the security staff if observed). There are two marked designated outside smoking areas.
Condo Association rules limit occupancy to 4 persons per unit, and one vehicle per condo unit.
Motorcycles and scooters are permitted, as long as they are parked in the front part of the parking lot, in front of buildings 1 or 3.
Guests are asked to treat the condo as if it was their home. If items are damaged upon arrival, please advise us and we will get them repaired during your stay if possible. If items are damaged during the stay, guests are asked to advise us so that we can get them repaired prior to our next guests arriving. General wear and tear is expected but breakage and damage beyond normal use is not and guests will be charged for such damage.
