Our unit has spectacular Ocean View, is located in south Kihei, I block from Wailea.
We are in the luxury Maui Kamaole resort, rated 4 STARS year after year.
Enjoy 2 Pools, 2 hot tubs, waterfalls and tennis courts in luxury lush tropical setting.
Our unit is a very spacious ONE-bedroom, TWO-bath unit and sleeps four adults very comfortably. We provide everything for your vacation, inlcuding boogie boards, snorkel gear, sun umbrella, beach chairs, ice-chest, sand toys etc. We are located in South Kihei, right on the border of Wailea. Our front row location gives you lots of privacy and you can enjoy in our tropical setting and ocean views without foot-traffic in front of you.

Enjoy the quiet and private setting in the warm sun every day from your lanai, which extends out into a beautiful tropical landscape of green grass, gentle swaying palm trees and colorful and aromatic flowers, giving you a feeling of being in paradise.
You will be able to watch whales and dolphins frolicking in the ocean without ever leaving your condo. You can stroll along the white sandy beach of KAMAOLE BEACH 3, which is only a few steps away. This beach connects with 2 other beaches, allowing long walks for those who like to do a little exercise during their holidays.
There are also many great snorkel spots for beginners, and you can start in about 5 feet of water and see colorful fishes. For the advanced swimmer, there is no end for you to explore the many caves and rock-formation right out there.
You can go shopping at many great nearby shops including the famous Shops at WAILEA (Within 2 miles). Many of my guests enjoy the closeness of World class GOLF courses of Makena.

Dorli We want to tell you how much we've enjoyed our stay in your beautiful Maui Kamaole condo. We loved our morning walks on the fantastic Keawakapu Beach, breakfast of papaya and apple bananas on the lanai, swimming at Kamaole III beach, and just plain relaxing in the condo or by the pool. It was great spotting whales from the living room and lanai. The furnishings in the condo are lovely. We appreciated the safe, loved having the laundry facilities in the unit,
and the keyless entry was great (no key to worry about while swimming at the beach)!
The 30 days went by way too fast. We hope to come back soon. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable place.

*All Cancellations WILL incur a $ 400 non-refundable Fee.
*All transfers of bookings from the original dates to new ones incur a $ 100 Fee.
Transfers are handled like cancellations and therefore the same rules apply.
In order to receive a refund of your payment, minus this charge, written cancellations (e-mails) must be made within at least 60 days (90 days for High and Peak Season,) prior to your scheduled arrival.
*If a reservation is cancelled with written notice, within less than the number of days specified above, you WILL forfeit the full amount of the reservation, unless the property is re-rented
We will try our best to re-book and refund you your deposit.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars.
A deposit of 25% is required to reserve dates.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. (90 days for High and Holiday Season)
Payments by personal checks, money orders, Venma, Credit Cards and Paypal are accepted
This is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 7 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted with registration upon arrival.
Local and long distance phone calls to the US Mainland, Canada and most cities in Europe and Mexico are free.
Bugsare a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors.
