Aloha to paradise. Our unit A204, is considered to be one of the finest locations within the complex with a direct ocean view! Can you imagine yourself having breakfast out on a large lanai while enjoying that fabulous ocean view! The boats pass by on their way to Molokini for a snorkeling adventure. The whales, when in season, are also viewable from our Lanai.
We have just upgraded our kitchen with granite counter tops and a tumbled marble tile back splash. All new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances make cooking and cleaning an ease should you desire to do so. Our furniture has also just been redecorated to provide a very tropical atmosphere.
Maui Kamaole is a low density complex on 23 acres of one of the most beautiful tropical gardens in all of Maui. It is considered to be one of Maui's premier condominium luxury resorts.
Our unit is situated on a small hill across the road from Kamaole III Beach, one of Maui's finest beaches for all water activities. It is a great family beach. There are two swimming pools and hot tubs along with two tennis courts. It is a very quiet complex away from the usual noise.
Our non-smoking unit is a generous two bedroom, two bath, 1052 square feet. It also has three lanai's for an additional 225 square feet. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs bedroom has a California King size bed with a full private bathroom. There is also a large fold up mattress pad for kids that is very easy to put away during the day.
Louvered sliding doors provide privacy yet open to the living area below. There are five ceiling fans, along with two air conditioners. However, with the lanai's open the ocean breezes generally keep the unit quite c

A $150.00 cancellation fee is charged for reservations cancelled more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date with the balance of the deposit refunded.
Payments are non-refundable for reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival.
Payments will be retained for reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival or after arrival date.
If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
A three (3) night deposit and signed Credit Card Authorization Form are required to confirm a reservation.
The signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required regardless of method of payment.
Deposits procured via check (payable in U.S. funds) are due within fourteen (14) days to confirm a reservation.

Full prepayment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Request for a late check out can be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure subject to availability at a half day charge.

The Credit Card Authorization Form establishes credit and guarantees payment for charges that may result from damages, excessive cleaning, house rules violation fines or loss to the property or its contents caused by guests during their stay.
In compliance with State Law, all units are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
A housekeeping service fee will be added for stays less than four (4) nights.
