Unit 3412 makes for the perfect island getaway – a beautifully appointed two and a half bedroom Maui condo across from Kamaole Beach I. This vacation condo sleeps six to accommodate your family or travel group.
The panoramic oceanviews are spectacular. Enjoy a drink on the lanai as you overlook the lush gardens, relaxing pool, a view of the ocean and the Island of Kahoolawe.
The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed and double closets. The vaulted ceiling opens up into a spacious loft with 2 twin beds and separate bath. We have converted the rear of the loft into a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. We call this a “1/2 bedroom” as it only fits a bed & dresser, but offers a 3rd private space with its own door.
You'll be in the perfect spot for the beautiful Maui sunsets and humpback whale spotting during whale season. Our location in Kihei provides you with all the conveniences for shopping, restaurants and endless fun activities.
Walk to the beach daily...
Kamaole Beach I, also known as Charley Young Beach, is located across the street. After crossing Kihei Road, take a short walk along the access path and down the steps to Kam I (approximately 100 yard path). Alternatively, you can pack up your car for the afternoon and take advantage of the free parking located near the access path.
This is a great beach for swimming & snorkeling with crystal clear warm water. The island of Kahoolawe provides protection so the waves are smooth & gentle. There is lava outcropping at the northern tip of the beach which is another nice place to snorkel during calm waters.
Because Charley Young Beach is sheltered from the wind, it’s a great spot for a family picnic. The three-acre park is large enough for all kinds of ball games.

If a later check-out time is required you may wish to book an additional day. Your unit will be cleaned prior to check-in and at check-out. A start up supply of paper goods and soaps will be provided and you will be asked to replenish these items as neede
Once a reservation is confirmed (with a $200 deposit and electronic confirmation), the cancellation fee is $100. A refund will be provided (less $100 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice occurs 30 days prior to arrival. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made 0-30 days prior to arrival unless the unit is re-booked in which case refunds will be made only for days re-booked less the $100 cancellation fee. During our peak holiday season (arrivals between 12/15 and 1/1) we require a 60 day notice of cancellation in order to provide a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee).
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS & FINAL PAYMENT NOTES:
A deposit of $200 is required to confirm a reservation.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, except Christmas Holiday bookings for which payment is due by November 1st.
Payments may be made via PayPal, in personal, cashier or certified checks.
SECURITY DEPOSIT NOTES:
We do not require a security deposit for our condos. We ask that you take care of the furnishings and equipment as if they were your own.
If your unit requires excess cleaning at check-out or if items are damaged or missing (including keys), we will contact you and work out an amicable plan to repair or replace damaged items.
The charge for lock out calls is $15 during the daytime and $30 after hours.
