Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A deposit of two nights rent is due within 7 business days from the date of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted. Please add 3% Processing Fee for credit cards. Canadian residents please add 4% cc fees, and if paying by check please add $19.50 bank processing fees.

This is a payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. For cancellations less than 90 days and more than 45 days prior to arrival, the fee is $200. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
