Located on a picturesque lava bluff, our top floor condo offers privacy, cooling trade winds and panoramic ocean vistas which a camera can't begin to capture.
Crashing waves, migrating whales and sunrise/sunset views are what you'll see as you relax on the lanai or in the living space. Our unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, + loft, 2.5 bath with over 1100 sq. ft. of living space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, fully private en suite bathroom and ceiling fan. There is additional square footage and sleeping space in the well appointed loft which has two twin beds. The twin beds can be converted to one king size bed upon request. An additional air mattress and twin bed mattress is also available. Porta crib and toddler chair are also provided if needed.
The unit is designed to maximize privacy with the living and dining space on the first level, bedrooms on the second level and loft on the third level.
The well equipped gourmet kitchen has cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.
There is high speed wireless internet to keep you connected, and each bedroom, loft and the living room has it's own t.v. with cable service.
Beach chairs, Egyptian beach towels, umbrellas cooler, aqua shoes, snorkeling sets and more are included for your days at the beach. Be sure to ask about all the beach amenities we provide.

Rates are based on 6-people occupancy. Hawaii Occupancy Tax and any fees are separate. No Smoking in the unit but there is a designated smoking area outdoors.. Pets are NOT allowed. We will send you a contract for your approval.
We will do our best to accommodate any early check-ins or late check-out times.
A cancellation notice must be received in writing. Reservations may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking without penalty. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival will be 50% refunded. All funds will be forfeited for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. Payment of 50% of the nightly rate will secure your reservation. The balance of the nightly rate plus cleaning fee and damage deposit is due 60 days prior to check-in. Payments are accepted through Venmo.
A charge of $300.00 damage deposit is due with your final payment. It will be fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages, missing items or excessive cleaning. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and all the amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. We will do our best to accommodate requests for early check-ins or late check-outs. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests unless special arrangements are made prior to arrival. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. Smoking IS permitted outside in the designated area. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
A parking permit will be waiting for you within the unit. Please let us know if you need an additional permit for a second car. You may park in any designated parking spot.
Trade winds are usually sufficient to keep the unit very comfortable. For extra cooling, if necessary, use the screen front door and lanai screen simultaneously. Ceiling fans operate by remotes and there are additional floor fans in bedroom closets.
The locked closet in the bathroom is where we keep extra supplies. That is the only space in the unit unavailable to you.
Local calls and calls to the mainland are free on the landline.
Insects love Kauai too, especially fruit flies!. To reduce their presence, please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Trash and recycling receptacles are located at the edge of the parking lot..
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is only permitted outside in the designated area.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. If time permits, putting linens or towels in the washer and/or dryer is so appreciated by our housekeeper.. Please turn off the lights and close all windows and doors. Please return one set of keys to the lock box.

This place was amazing. You have to drive through a tunnel of trees to get there, and we saw dolphins, whales, and turtles from the balcony! You can easily walk to the beach to see turtles and seals, and the beach is protected and great for kids. Ours loves it! There are tons of restaurants and grocery stores close by, and it's pretty centrally located so it's easy to take a day trip to explore the whole island. Marsha's place had everything we needed for a fantastic trip!
