This fantastic top/third floor ocean view condo is spacious, updated and comfortable, with a 300+ sq ft lanai with a fantastic view for dining, relaxing, catching the sunrise and whale watching. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a bonus lanai with mountain views. It is nicely furnished and fully stocked to make your vacation a breeze. Poipu Sands is located on a large property with a pool, a tennis court, walking paths and lots of grassy lawn and beautiful landscaping. It is right next door to the Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Bay Golf Course, a nice walk to Brennecke Beach and the famous Poipu Beach (frequented by sea turtles and monk seals), and a quick drive to several other beaches and many top notch restaurants.
We are excited for our guests to enjoy our new furniture, decor and air conditioners in both bedrooms!
Note that this is on the third floor with no elevator, but it’s definitely worth the extra steps if you are up for it!

Maximum 6 person occupancy. Hawaii Occupancy Tax and any fees are separate; refer to quote for exact numbers. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. We will send you a rental agreement to be signed by main guest.
If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to beginning of stay, 50% of fees and taxes will be refunded.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to stay, no refund will be provided.

To reserve, 25% is due to book, and the remainder is due 60 days before the reservation. We accept credit cards, but if you would like to avoid a transaction fee, we also accept Venmo, Zelle, wire transfer or checks (70 days before booking for checks).
This is a payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It will be fully refunded within 14 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit. Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
