If relaxing is your plan our newly renovated pool nestled in our tropical garden will not disappoint.

Half mile walk to Shops At Kukuiula where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at Merriman's Fish House and evening ice cream treats at Lappert's.

Rates are based on 3-people occupancy. Hawaii Occupancy Tax and any fees are separate - refer to quote for exact numbers. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. We will send you a contract for your approval. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
A cancellation notice must be received in writing. For cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is $150. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. 25% of the rent deposit is required to book. Balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Payments by personal checks, Venmo, Zelle or money orders are preferred to avoid fees. Paypal/credit card payments are accepted, if the guest covers the incurred fees.
This is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay. The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Check-in time is 2 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 3 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces in front of the property and in the parking structure adjacent to the property.
Insects are common in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Wash all dishes. Lock all windows and doors. Take out the garbage. Return the key to the hook behind the door.

Beautiful ocean views seasoned with continuous refreshing breezes
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Prince Kuhio... especially after touring around, this is an excellent location to relax and enjoy beach-life.
The snorkeling simply across the street (to the right of the restaurant) is wonderful and is just steps away. We felt very comfortable leaving our stuff at the beach to return for a snack or two.
The surrounding neighborhood is well maintained and we never felt uncomfortable at all. Of the areas we visited, this would be where we would aim to reside. Until then, we will return to rent from Jim and Greg.

Wonderful place to stay
This was a wonderful place to stay as it was the footsteps away from one of the best locations to enjoy then sunset. The unit looks just as it does in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious. I would easily stay at this place again.

Nice condo in good location
We really enjoyed the location of this condo-- really close to the beaches in Poipu and a fabulous daily happy hour at the Beach House. Condo was well-equipped and comfortable, but the furniture was pretty outdated and the condo itself was not very clean (it seemed like a cursory clean-- for example, there was dust all over the bedside table).
Thanks Alex for your honest review. I will definitely talk to our housekeeper to pay more attention to cleaning. Sometimes when the tradewinds are constantly blowing, the condo gets a little dustier than usual. Hope you will consider us again for your future vacations.
