Resort Style Luxury Villa - 3BR/3BA - Central Air - Greenbelt Facing Lanai
The Sugar Sands Villa is located in the newest resort in Poipu Kai. The property boast luxury amenities that you will not find in neighboring complexes. Central air, an on-site gym and a pool restricted to guests of the boutique complex highlight the amenities offered. The lanai doors fully open to allow for indoor-outdoor living with a peaceful view of the Poipu greenbelt. A short walk in either direction along the greenbelt will land you at one of Kauai's top beaches, and we have all of the gear you will need to enjoy your day at the beach. We are fully equipped for young families, the spacious layout and a bathroom for each room allow for some privacy as well.
Master Bedroom 1: king bed, en-suite bathroom, twin shower heads, dual sinks, and stand-alone tub.
Second Master: King bed, en-suite bathroom, twin shower heads.
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, Third full bathroom, twin shower heads.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation notice must be received in writing. For cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival (90 days or more in winters Dec 15 – Apr 15), the cancellation fee is $200. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival (less than 90 days in winters Dec 15 – Apr 15). For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.

Great place with quick access to outside pool for kids and plenty of space and privacy for adults inside. It was styled very nice and was very clean. Having boogie boards and beach chairs with wagon to use was very much appreciated! Definitely recommend staying here!

This is a spacious 3 bed 3 bath unit. It’s a quick walk to both Poipu beach and also the Grand Hyatt. The kitchen is spacious and the Linai offers beautiful Hawaii weather all day long! This was a perfect spot for our family.

Fantastic Villa!
We had a such a great time staying at the Villa! The location is just lovely and a perfect base for exploring the South and East side of the Island. Every morning we would walk East on the scenic path with our coffee to Shipwreck beach for sunrise, and in the evening it was sunset on Poipu beach. Several evenings we watched whales frolic on the horizon of the setting sun. It was just magical! We had so much fun cooking in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed many meals out on the lanai. We used the hot tub several evenings and it was actually hot - very nice. On beach days we very much appreciated the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. We would love to stay here again sometime!!
