Rent paddleboards and kayaks on the sand a hundred yards north, or venture south for the ultimate morning beach stroll, to the famed Wailea Beach Path. The view never gets old from the oversized beach-front lanai, which offers up views of Molokini Crater and Kahoolawe Island.

There is also a refreshing fresh water pool a few feet from the beach.

The unit offers every essential to create your Maui memories. Prepare your island feast in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with all the accoutrements and small appliances you will need. Original paintings from iconic Maui artist Rik Fitch (rikfitch.com), a vintage utility pot rescued from the old Lahaina Sugar Plantation repurposed as lanai décor, a hand-made ukulele from Honolulu fashioned around the opening of a coconut shell, a bench salvaged from a reno at the ocean front Wailea Point, and an array of now-rare Koa pieces are among the pieces lovingly collected and displayed by the unit’s owner, a rare original owner.

Hale Hui Kai 313 is tucked away on its own slice of beach paradise, yet a convenient walk to South Kihei's many restaurants and shopping options.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated.  Please plan accordingly.  If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.

All units are equipped with smart locks.  The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies


Cancellation Policy


Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
