Set up for families or couples (it sleeps 6) this comfortable condo has everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation, including Wi-Fi, cable, a fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and split AC. This unit, Haleakala Shores A-301, is located on the 3rd floor of the A building.
The warm-water beach across the street is known for incredibly clear swimming water and a pristine snorkel reef. Rent kayaks or standup paddleboards nearby. Walk to a dozen restaurants, shopping, coffee, and night life all within a few blocks. This location really is the ultimate -- right in the center of South Kihei's amazing beach culture.
The two bedrooms are nicely separated, and each features an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, while the second bedroom (partitioned off with a shoji door) also features a king size bed. Additional guests sleep comfortably on the queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The resort features a nice pool, and assigned parking.
Within 4 blocks of the condo, there are more than a dozen restaurants. If you're looking for great value, the closest possible proximity to the beach in this price range, and amazing views, you've found paradise!
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

What a beautiful place! We loved the views from the balcony and inside the condo. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were able to access miles of beautiful, sand beach, and walk to restaurants and stores. This is definitely a place we would come back to visit and stay at again.

Great place in a great location
Everything was fantastic about this property: location, suite layout, provisions in the suite for our use, communications with property manager. Had one issue, not the fault of the owner or property manager, of noisy neighbours on our second night. Informed property manager and dealt with immediately and no more noise issues. Thanks for that.

This property was even better than it looked in the pictures! It is right across the street from an amazing beach! The lanai looks out on the beach and sunsets! The beds were super comfortable, even the pull-out sofa bed! The kitchen was well stocked. There are nice new AC units in each room! If you are planning to have a guest on the sofa, note that the bathrooms are located inside both bedrooms, so that can be tricky. Also, the pool is insanely cold! My kids, who don’t think anything is too cold, wouldn’t go in it! Other than that, we LOVED this place and would happily return. It is by far the best place we have stayed on Maui.
