Walk out of your living room to your private lanai with an ocean view.  Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided of your use. 

Walk across the street to rent standup paddleboards, kayaks, and surfboards – take a surf lesion at South Kihei’s best surf break, The Cove is so close you can check the conditions from your lanai!  The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities required for your four-person feast. 

The air conditioned master bedroom features a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for accommodating up to 4 guests.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.  If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule.  Mahalo for understanding.

All Prices are in US Dollars. A rental agreement will be sent for your approval. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated.  Please plan accordingly.  If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.

All units are equipped with smart locks.  The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
