Warm-water swimming, pristine snorkeling reef, and Maui’s soft golden sand awaits directly across the street, and when you are not at the ocean, you’re looking at it, with expansive and awe-inspiring views from not only the lanai, but the living room and kitchen.
The owners of this fully equipped condo, which features imported tile throughout and a chilling wall-mount AC unit in the living room, have continuously upgraded the interior with beautiful locally sourced art, contemporary hardwood furnishings and locally sourced art. You will feel like you are in Hawaii the minute you arrive, with the swaying palms in the foreground and the ocean beckoning with 180-degree views.
The kitchen is well equipped to prepare and serve, with full-sized appliances and a plethora of implements, when you do not feel like walking to any of the more than a dozen restaurants within a two-block radius. Or grill and dine on the Kamaole Royale’s commercial-level grills on the private rooftop oasis, where you’ll experience one of the best views of the Kihei coastline to be found.
Up to four guests are comfortably accommodated with a luxury hotel-level King bed and new Queen sleeper sofa. Wall-mounted TVs are featured in the living room and bedroom and the private wireless internet connection is strong and free of charge. The bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled, and the walk-in shower features natural stone flooring.
A full complement of beach gear includes chairs, umbrella, beach towels and boogie boards, and if you feel like taking your playday to the next level you can rent kayaks and standup boards close by. Or experience one of the only solar-heated tile pools in a lush garden setting, with plenty of cushioned lounge chairs. There is even a shuffleboard court on the ground floor, and parking is close and convenient to the elevator.
Kamaole One Beach, regularly named as one of Maui’s best beaches, links to Kamaole II and Kamaole III Beaches, all amazing and each with its own tone and tempo. In fact, you can now walk up to five miles south on the shoreline path, all the way to the Wailea resorts and beyond.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

Great place for our 2 week family vacation
This condo was perfect for our family’s 2 week vacation in Maui. Condo was in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to a perfect beach for our kids (8 and 6 years old) and nice little breakfast spots. It’s also very well equipped with everything you’d need both indoors and for the beach. And what a view - we could spot whales off in the distance. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this place for 6 nights. It's located close to the beach with an excellent view of the ocean. It had all amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive and always helpful. We would definitely come back!
