One of the nicest and most protective warm-water swimming and snorkeling venues, Kamaole I Beach, awaits 150 feet from the building, which is set just off Kihei Road.
You’re in the heart of South Kihei’s amazing beach culture, with more than a dozen restaurants within a three-block radius, rental kayaks and boards nearby, and access to miles of shoreline via the convenient beach path at Kamaole I. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Cooler and beach towels are yours to use.
Even before you enter the unit the owner upgrades begin to set this unit apart. A tile and mosaic entryway beckon, and once inside, the tropical tone of the finishes and décor immediately turn up the Maui vibe. The furnishings were hand selected from Maui’s top showrooms and are as comfortable as they are beautiful. The décor blends soft, tropical tones with the warmth of custom wood accents, and the effect is intoxicating.
A well-appointed kitchen features full-sized appliances and all the “necessities,” including a full complement of cooking and serving ware, coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, and blender. There is a full-sized washer and dryer.
An extremely comfortable and often praised King Bed, fitted with luxury linens, will recharge you for your next day’s adventures. High-speed wireless internet, massive living room TV and wall-mounted bedroom TV, and free parking near the elevator are among the features. AC and ceiling fans compliment the tropical breezes off the ocean to keep you cool and comfortable.

The Kamaole Beach Royale is well known for its unique Penthouse Rooftop Garden, a seventh-floor oasis with two commercial-grade gas grills, outdoor kitchen facilities, plenty of seating, and one of the best coastline views in all Kihei. The property’s sparkling pool is solar heated and has plenty of cushioned seating.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
