Overlooking the beautifully manicured tropical courtyard with a view of the brilliant blue ocean just across the street, this elegant condo has been thoroughly updated to “second home” standards by a very particular owner. Situated in the preferred Building 2 of the highly rated Kamaole Sands, this spacious condo accommodates up to four guests in consummate style and comfort, with its second bathroom and full equipped kitchen.
The Kamaole Sands is located directly across the street from beautiful Kamaole III Beach Park, with warm-water swimming, a vibrant snorkeling reef, and a protected sandy shoreline. Stroll the shoreline beach path from “Kam 3” for miles down the south Maui beaches, past the Wailea resorts.
Every convenience and amenity have been anticipated and addressed in this immaculate, beautifully maintained and air conditioned unit. The kitchen is equipped to prepare and serve your own private Maui feast, whether in the dedicated dining area, or from the ocean view lanai. It has been completely remodeled, with gorgeous granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, high-end stainless appliances, and recessed lighting.
There is complimentary cable and WiFi in the living room and bedroom. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable King bed with luxury linens, and a fully remodeled en-suite bathroom including walk-in shower and tub. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer, and even beach gear. There’s a laptop desk in the living room. Your free assigned parking space is close-by to the unit.
The resort features a garden setting, complete with tropical water features, in which Maui’s diverse flora and plant life are identified on placards. The sparkling pool is the largest resort pool in South Kihei, and the spacious deck area was recently resurfaced. There is also a dedicated children’s wading pool, and two hot tubs (one adults-only), a fitness center, beautifully maintained tennis courts (with loaner gear), plenty of gas grills, and a 24-hour front desk.
The walk from the unit to the beach is approximately two minutes, from doorstep to golden sand. There are a dozen restaurants within a few blocks walk, along with coffee shop, gear rental (kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, surfboards), health food store, and convenience markets. The resort is located front and center in Kihei’s sun-drenched beach culture.

1. A $200 deposit is due at time of booking. (which I'm actually pushing out until August to make sure we are actually open for business)
2. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
3. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund, less a 4% charge for credit card processing fees.
5. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
6. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Should the travel to the island be restricted again, we would offer a full refund of any monies paid less the 4% credit card fee.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

WOW! Cross the street, and you are at one of the best snorkeling beaches on Maui. So convenient to so much. Coffee, breakfast, snorkel rentals, cinnamon rolls, shopping, and yes, sea turtles and exotic fish seconds away from this location.
The three of us had the time of our lives hiking, sunset watching, swimming and simply relaxing on the second story, view of the ocean porch. A great place to read a book in the shade and cool breeze.
We landed, picked up the rental car and stopped at Costco to get a two week supply of food to save some grocery money. The large refrigerator took it like a champ. In the kitchen drawers and cabinets were all the supplies to cook. We even found lots of Foodland savings cards which saved us even more when we needed fresh fruit and milk. The kitchen was complete enough to even bake a fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake for a birthday.
The pool area is very nice and open until 10 PM, My 8 year old daughter found friends to play with every time.
The staff keep the grounds beautiful and lush. Bird watching from the patio was a daily occurrence for us. We live in the desert so walking through the green grass barefoot was like walking on a puffy cool cloud.
Can you tell we liked the place? The people managing this property kept us well informed of how to start and end our vacation. Super helpful people with some great information as to fun to be had.
We will return to this unit of Kamaole Sands again and again.

This place was perfect for the three of us. The check-in was the most smooth experience I've ever had with AirBnb. We had a wonderful time and the pool and beach access were perfect. Kevin's team had wonderful communication and was so flexible and accommodating with our needs. I would stay again 100%.
