High-speed Wi-Fi, upgraded cable and a new 65” Smart TV (with smaller bedroom version), chilling AC in the living room and bedroom. Many of Kihei’s 1B condos have one bathroom: this condo has two.
Building 3 is sought after for its wonderful view of Kamaole Sands lush tropical courtyard gardens, proximity to the pool, and quick access to the beach. The resort has two lanai sizes: this one’s the largest, and features extra privacy: it’s a corner unit, with no one to your west (beach side), and an extra window (and more natural light) in the living room. There’s even the tiniest peak of the ocean, and the outdoor storage is packed with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a cooler.
In addition to the large newly updated resort pool, there’s a separate child’s pool, and two Jacuzzis (one adult only). Amenities also include beautifully maintained tennis courts, a boutique fitness center, and even a Shave Ice stand on property. Vacation-Maui manage 7 Kamaole Sands units; as of this writing, 56 of our combined 60 online reviews are 5-Stars – and this unit is one of the nicest. The San Diego based owner created his Maui second home with an eye on quality, comfort, and upgrades wherever possible. Everything is fresh and sparkling new.
The Kamaole Sands is located in the desirable southernmost end of Kihei, three blocks from Wailea and close by three of Maui’s postcard beaches (including wondrous Keawakapu Beach). There are more than a dozen restaurants of every variety within 3 blocks, along with a great coffee kiosk, convenience store, local galleries, and equipment rental. South Kihei is the epicenter of Maui’s amazing beach culture, and the Kamaole Sands is a true highlight of South Kihei.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 29 days of arrival, there shall be no refund unless the property is re-rented during the full period of the reservation. If the property is re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the nights that are re-rented.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
