A short stroll to Kamaole III Beach park brings you to the best place to watch sunsets in Kihei -- the long, meandering lawn that slopes to the shoreline. Warm, pristine water awaits, with a vivid snorkeling reef practically at your door step. Walk the beach path from "Kam III" in both directions, to the other two amazing Kamaole beaches, or south to the amazing Wailea beach walk and Keawakapu Beach.
This two-level ocean view condo is one of the largest in Kihei, and is professionally maintained by one of Maui's top management companies. The Master and second bedroom are on separate levels, and feature comfortable, high quality beds and linens. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON LANAI
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Cant say enough about how great this stay was! The location is wonderful and a beautiful 7 minute walk to the beach. The condo itself is modern and welcoming with an amazing kitchen and decent views of the ocean. We had stopped to buy towels and snorkeling gear on the way, only to find out that they already had several chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, sand toys, cooler, and umbrella! Its quiet at night and the pool and hot tub were really nice in the evening. Staff is friendly, helpful and very enthusiastic and the grounds are clean and inviting. Absolutely worth every penny.

Fantastic place with beautiful grounds!!
We loved the condo and the surrounding grounds. The condo is beautiful with a full equipped kitchen. Also there are all the items needed for the beach with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, noodles, etc. The location of the condo is across the street from Kam 3 beach which is a lovely beach. If you are lucky you might even see turtles sunning themselves. We highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great place to stay in a great location.
