The property features the largest resort pool in South Kihei, with two Jacuzzis and a children's wading pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and ping-pong.
A short stroll to Kamaole III Beach park brings you to the best place to watch sunsets in Kihei -- the long, meandering lawn that slopes to the shoreline. Warm, pristine water awaits, with a vivid snorkeling reef practically at your door step. Walk the beach path from "Kam III" in both directions, to the other two amazing Kamaole beaches, or south to the amazing Wailea beach walk and Keawakapu Beach.
This two-level ocean view condo is one of the largest in Kihei, and is professionally maintained by one of Maui's top management companies. The Master and second bedroom are on separate levels, and feature comfortable, high quality beds and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped should you have the desire to cook, with all implements and plenty of everything you need for your group. Or, stroll down to your building's gas barbecue.
There is a king bed upstairs, two twin beds downstairs, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the ocean view while you have coffee or evening libations from the lanai! Walking distance to an array of restaurants and shopping.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.

Everything and More
We've had the benefit of staying at the Kamole Sands a number of times. Based on the numerous properties we've visited, I would suggest that this property is absolutely one of the best if not the best in terms of service, beautiful grounds, pool, access to the beach, BBQ, walking paths, shops, restaurants, food......and where you can't walk.........very reasonable drives. We have two condo units that we have become accustomed to staying at and they are for sure the most updated, clean, well stocked and comfortable we've had the enjoyment to use.

Great well equipped apartment perfect location
Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is bright and spacious , very well equipped with comfy beds and good ac.
Location is across the road from beach and a few mins drive from restaurants .
It was clean , with a great kitchen ,there was some wear on the furniture as expected from a vacation rental but nothing major. The lanai was big and breezy overlooking the pool . We had previously stayed at kamaole on the ground floor which was very dark so I definitely preferred being on the top floor. It was good value for money great for families

Beautiful, spacious condo
This place is a gem! So happy we found this gorgeous spot right in the heart of the Wailea resorts. From the immaculately kept grounds to the open floor plan with a large lanai and ocean views, it was ( almost) perfect. The first full day and night were HOT- our air conditioner wasn't working, so that really is my only complaint. That was eventually resolved and it was great from then on out. We appreciated so many thoughtful touches, such as a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, extra pillows, the smart tv, the beach chairs and beach toys, the pickle ball paddles and court just steps away, etc. I should also mention that the property managers were easy to get a hold of and were helpful and friendly leading up to the stay and throughout. This is the first time we went the condo route in Wailea and we weren't disappointed. Also worth mentioning is that it was blissfully quiet, even with children/ larger families and groups nearby. If you're looking for peaceful, you'll be rewarded. Looking forward to a future stay!
