Our condo has been beautifully renovated and offers a ground floor 1 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with a lanai that backs onto a partially private garden area away from any of the hustle and bustle of the main road.
It has room unit air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a modern open concept fully-equipped kitchen to the living room, full-size washer and dryer, two flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, telephone service and parking in front of the unit. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
The extended green space off the lanai offers the serene retreat you’d be looking for. Covered, it’s a perfect spot for that daytime nap or take in a cool drink to escape the midday sun. Because of the staggered configuration of the building and location on the property, there’s more privacy than one would expect. With that and the foliage it’s the perfect spot to let the keiki’s (kids) run around and burn off some of that energy…… as we figured out
With a blend of tropical and modern design and décor, we wanted this space to have all the comforts of home with the nostalgic feel of the island from years past. It boasts a king size bed set in hand-carved mahogany bedroom pieces, flat screen TV, “palm leaf” ceiling fan, air conditioner and plenty of storage if you’re planning to stay with us, in paradise, for a longer period of time. Of course having a full ensuite with tub is a must.
For outdoor activities, the unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, boogie board and tennis rackets.
Tiled from the moment you walk in, the hallway leads you passed the bedroom and main bath to reveal the open concept kitchen and living room space. The newly remodelled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, shaker style cabinets and granite countertops that offers plenty of prep space and a serving peninsula into the living room. We wanted to keep the living room bright and spacious with enough seating to make everyone feel comfortable. And for those nights where you lose track of time, the sofa will convert into a queen-size bed for your convenience.
Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary Mai Tai Party with live music and hula dancers (TBD). Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

All cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of $150 USD.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund less the $150 non-refundable reservation fee.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less the $150 non-refundable reservation fee.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather including hurricanes and floods, or any events beyond our control (illness, injury, flight cancellations, airline strikes, etc.)
You will be charged for any Hawaii General Excise Tax (“GET”), and/or Transit Accommodations Tax (“TAT”) that is due. Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and are subject to change without notice.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to all guests for their own financial protection.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm & secure a reservation. Final payment and deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival.
This is a payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 7 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
Please use the A/C sparingly and intermittently! If you are gone, do NOT have the A/C on. Try to not use the A/C at night while you sleep. Keep your windows and glass blinds open. Turn on your ceiling fans. Sleeping in the light breeze is
The locked closet in the hallway and bedroom contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors

Lorena was quick to respond with any issues. I didn't find beach towels and she had someone deliver them within 30 minutes. Clean place and very close to Kam III beach.
My only issue is we're not allow to use the dryer during quiet time, 10pm-8am. The dryer vent is turned off so clothes will not dry. I had to wash beach towels everyday and make sure it's in the wash by 7:30pm at the latest to make sure it's dry before the 10pm deadline. I missed it a few time and had to delay my outing the next morning.

Great place to stay! We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Condo was clean, close to restaurants, shops and the beach.
