Every detail has been addressed to create the ultimate Maui getaway, located directly across the street from the golden sand and warm-water swimming and vibrant snorkeling reef of Kamaole III Beach. Comfortable, tropically toned furnishings and art enhance the island vibe and a brand-new luxury King mattress offers soothing respite from the day’s adventure.
The property is a two-minute walk, directly across the street, from one of the highest rated beaches on the island. Both directions on Kihei’s scenic beach path take you to even more spectacular stretches of Maui beach. Kayak and standup paddleboard right off the beach, with rental outlets close by.
The Kamaole Sands features the largest resort pool in South Kihei and is situated on 15 lush tropical acres, which feature an array of marked tropical gardens and water features. Two Jacuzzies, a children’s wading pool, fitness center, gas grill areas and well-maintained tennis courts are among the resort’s amenities. It’s one of the highest-rated resorts in Kihei, with good reason. A dozen restaurants are within a close walk, and Wailea’s famed resort hotels and dining are just blocks away. There is a 24-hour front desk.
The kitchen has been opened up to enhance a spacious open floor plan, and the entire unit showcases oversized porcelain tile. Cook and serve your own island feast with a fully appointed kitchen and full-sized, high quality appliances.
Furnishings are a cut above typical vacation rental fare, and the tropically toned art was locally sourced. Lightning-fast Wi-Fi and assigned parking close to the elevator are among the standards, and the bathroom was just remodeled with a beautiful walk-in shower.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

Great place to stay, loved the area. Place was great for our family and def enjoyed having the flexibility vs a hotel. The dishes weren't super clean, but nothing that a quick scrub didn't fix before we used them. Checkout was easy, no issues throughout the stay!
