This condo has been beautifully renovated, over looks a tropical garden, and has a partial ocean view.
Our unit has two large FLAT SCREEN TVs, luxury tropical-style furniture, including a KING BED & QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA.
Complimentary cable TV and wireless internet access are included as well, so bring your wireless devices.
Our unit is centrally located within the resort and it’s an easy 3 minute walk to "Kam III" beach or 1 minute to the pools and spas.
Our updated kitchen is a chef's delight and is outfitted with items you need for everyday use. Lots of dishes, stemware, cookware, toaster, coffee bean grinder & maker, blender, knives, etc. We also have an additional wine fridge.
There is a washer & dryer in the unit with an iron & ironing board for your convenience.
Linens and towels are provided. Additionally, we share beach towels, umbrella, cooler and Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, for your excursions.
The tiled outdoor lanai is perfect for sunset drinks or a morning brunch. Also enjoy a great cross breeze with the safety of our locking front entrance security screen door.
Resort amenities include well maintained grounds, meandering pathways to the beach and swimming pools, two hot tubs (one is adults only), kids wading pool, gym, four tennis courts, BBQs, and walkways to stroll. There is a poolside activities desk where you can book your island excursions.
It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and miles of world class beaches. Other nearby activities include world class golfing, snorkeling, body surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating adventures such as whale watching, scuba-diving, fishing, dinner cruises, etc.
Other on-site free stuff: a complimentary poolside breakfast orientation on your first full day in Maui; a pool-side Mai Tai party each Wednesday afternoon, with live Hawaiian music and dancing.
There is COMPLIMENTARY coffee and from 7 am to 9 am in the lobby and the newspaper is available daily at the pool.
Our assigned parking space is close to the unit.
We offer late check-outs at 1/2 of the nightly rate for stays over 7 days.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. For cancellations less than 90 days and more than 45 days prior to arrival, the fee is $200. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A deposit of two nights rent is due upon booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, e-transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $250 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated space #307. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closet over the refrigerator contains owners personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed. A small pet will be considered with additional $20/night fee.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
