Located on the third floor of highly desirable Building 5, this stunning condo has been beautifully remodeled in an upscale, elegant Hawaiiana tone. The unit overlooks the tropical courtyard, with great ocean views beyond.
Every amenity and guest consideration has been addressed: it's air conditioned throughout, and features oversized Italian tile, granite counters, and stylish Plantation shutters. The fully equipped kitchen is set up to prepare and serve your private tropical feast, with full-sized appliances and an array of cookware. WiFi is free, and premium cable is broadcast through a beautiful new flat screen. There is a washer-dryer in the unit.
The bed is a newer high end King with luxury bedding, and luxury linens throughout. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit (most 1-bedrooom condos have 1), and the layout is super spacious and open.
The highly rated Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from Kamaole III Beach, and the unit is a one minute walk to the sand. Warm-water swimming and a pristine reef with amazing snorkeling await, and Kam III is a favorite snacking ground for our wondrous Sea Turtle population. There is a shoreline walking path that runs along the water for several miles, past the Wailea resorts.
The Kamaole Sands features the largest and most beautiful resort pool in South Kihei, with an additional children's wading pool, and two hot-tubs (one adults only). There is also a gym, ping pong, and tennis (free gear use).
One block to the South is Keawakapu Beach -- which spans several miles of soft, golden sand. There are a dozen restaurants within blocks of the condo, along with coffee, smoothies, cinnamon rolls, rental shops (kayaks, standup boards, snorkel gear), and shopping.
The condo is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, sun umbrella, and cooler.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 29 days of arrival, there shall be no refund unless the property is re-rented during the full period of the reservation. If the property is re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the nights that are re-rented.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

What a wonderful place to call home for 8 days!! So clean and wonderful location. Working with Todd was amazing! We are already planning our next trip back to Maui next October! Would highly recommend staying at this unit. So close to everything and has so many hidden beaches and treasures! I cannot say anything bad about this unit!! 10 stars hands down!!

Kamaole Sands never disappoints!
Kamaole Sands is one of my favorite properties to stay at while in Maui. This particular unit was updated nicely, very clean and had a lovely view. Todd was great with communicating and was so nice and let us check in early! Would definitely recommend this unit.

My friend and I stayed 6 nights at Kevin’s place and we had a wonderful time. The resort is great and very close to the beach. The place was very clean and we had an amazing view of the resort and the sunset. The closest shops are a fifteen minutes walk.
The resort also offers a concierge to help you book your trips.
We really recommend staying at Kevin’s place.
