This condo has a California king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa-bed, and a fold down queen Murphy bed with additional storage space in the living room. The dine-in kitchen is fully equipped with large counter space to prep and enjoy your meals.
Two A/C's (in the living room and the bedroom) will make your stay comfortable.
The large and shady lanai is just steps away from the large pool, two spas, kiddie pool, fitness center, and activity desk. Take an easy 3-min stroll along a shaded path to Kamaole Beach Park III -- "Kam 3" is one of the best beaches on Maui. It has a nice sandy beach for swimming and snorkeling, the best for boogie-boarding, shade trees for playing and relaxing in the gigantic grassy park area with a new playground and bathrooms.
Enjoy the complimentary pool-side party each Wednesday with live Hawaiian music, professional hula dancers, and singers.

Rates are based on 4-people occupancy. Hawaii Occupancy Tax and any fees are separate. Refer to quote for exact numbers. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Mid-stay cleaning of $95 will be added to bookings of 13+ nights. A contract will be sent after booking is made. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing and received by Homeowner before due date of Final Balance. No refund will be issued for late arrival or early departure. In all cases, Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. Homeowner is not responsible for situations outside of Homeowner’s control, such as natural disaster, war, disease or any similar circumstance. Any refunds will be issued according to the Cancellation Policy. Homeowner is not responsible for Guest’s decision or providers’ coverage regarding travel insurance. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A deposit of $300 is required to book. Balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Payments by personal checks or money orders are preferred to avoid fees. Wire transfers and Paypal/credit card payments are accepted, guest covers the incurred fees.
A security deposit of $300 is due with payment of Final Balance, and will be refunded within 10 days of departure if there are no Property damages or additional fees attributed to Guest.
Release of Liability
The Guest is granted access to the Property and many personal property items that exist within the Property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guest agrees that the use of any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest agrees to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Guest agrees to abide by the terms of the General Release of Liability.
Check-In time is 3 PM (HST). Check-Out time is 11 AM (HST). NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in the Rental Agreement. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests or 2 adults with up to 4 of their dependents. NO Smoking is permitted in or around the Property, including the lanai. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas within the Kamaole Sands Resort. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of security deposit.
Guests must register with Castle Resorts Management at the Kamaole Sands Resort front desk upon arrival. Their phone number is (808)270-1200 and they are open 24 hours. Resort will issue a parking pass, give an access code to the pool and gates, as well as the Wi-Fi name and password. Guest must display parking pass in their car at all times, and park only in the assigned parking space (#224, which is near the condo) or a parking space labeled VISITOR.
NO Keys Needed
Keyless entry code will be emailed to Guest before arrival. The deadbolt is used from inside the condo ONLY. Keys are not provided to the deadbolt.
Guest will wash and put away all dishes, beach towels, and any other equipment used during their stay. Bath towels shall be left in the clothes washer, with the wash cycle started. Used bedding shall be left on the bed(s) for the Check-Out Cleaner to wash and replace.
All guests staying over 13 nights are required to pay $90 for Mid-Stay Cleaning (the Cleaner will clean all of the condo, except linens/towels/fridge). The water on Maui is very hard and weekly professional cleaning of sinks and showers helps reduce mineral deposits.
Homeowner provides a starter pack of supplies including:

Bath soap (2 small bars)
Conditioning shampoo (2 small bottles)

Some spices, oil, vinegar, etc. may have been left behind by previous guests. Feel free to use these, and leave behind any non-perishable items as you wish. Please dispose of all perishable food before Check-Out. Guest is responsible for all other supplies required during Lease Term.
Food and Trash
All food must be stored in air-tight containers. Trash must be taken out, and floors must be swept daily. As in any warm climate, insects are pervasive, and will be attracted to any food left on the counters and floors. The Trash and Recycling room is out the front door, and to the right, just past the elevators and behind the mailboxes.
Electricity Usage and Air Conditioner
There is a portable A/C in the bedroom (in addition to the living room A/C) which collects water into a bucket behind it which must be emptied regularly if the bedroom A/C is used. To conserve precious resources, wall switch timers control both A/C units, and must be used as intended. Broken timers will incur replacement charges. Open windows allow the trade winds to cool the Property naturally; and ceiling fans cool occupants much more efficiently than A/C. Excessive use of electricity may incur additional charges which will be withheld from Guest’s Security Deposit.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other items in the closet are for Guest’s enjoyment at Guest’s own risk. Guest is responsible for replacement of lost or broken items at Guest’s expense. No food/cans/bottles, etc. will be left in the Amenities Closet or any other hidden space upon Check-Out.
Guest party will not sit on upholstered furniture while wearing suntan oils, lotions, or wet swimsuits. Stains on the upholstery are the responsibility of Guest. Guest is advised to use a towel or bed sheet to cover the sofa during use.
Guest will allow Aloha Pest Solutions to spray for pests as regularly scheduled by Kamaole Sands Resort. If this is scheduled to happen during Guest’s stay, Homeowner will provide Guest with information.
Maintenance and Repairs
If Guest finds any broken items or issues with cleaning upon Check-In, Guest will immediately contact the Check-Out Cleaner whose name and phone number will be provided before Check-In. For any other issues, Guest will first attempt to contact Manager. If Manager can’t be reached and the issue is urgent, Guest will contact the Check-Out Cleaner.
Guest assumes full responsibility for any damages caused by Guest or a member of Guest’s party and agrees that charges for damages and/or fees for any extra required cleaning will be retained from Guest’s security deposit.
There is no daily maid service. Guest agrees to maintain the Property in good order during Guest’s stay and will leave the Property in a clean and tidy condition.
Guest will dispose of all perishable food.
Guest will remove all trash to the Trash and Recycling Room near the elevators.
Guest will wash and put away all dishes. Dishwasher may be left running a final load.
Guest will wash and put away all beach towels.
Guest will put away any other equipment used during their stay.
Guest will inform Homeowner of any damages discovered or caused during their stay.
Bath towels shall be left in the clothes washer, with the wash cycle started.
Charges will be withheld from Security Deposit if any of the above tasks are left for Check-Out Cleaner.
Used bedding shall be left on bed(s) for Check-Out Cleaner to launder and replace.
Homeowner will provide five pods of laundry detergent, but Guest will be prepared to purchase more if necessary.
