Directly across the street, Kamaole III Beach is one of the best family-friendly swimming beaches on the island. It has warm protected water, a wonderful snorkeling reef, and facilities. A peek-a-boo ocean view too and a short 4-minute walk to the beach to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or watching the sunset. Pack a picnic and head to many other nearby beaches or take a day trip to Lahaina or Hana. Get ready to enjoy your stay!
Kamaole III Beach, just across the street, is a sun-worshiper’s delight and its’ sloping lawn is the perfect venue from which to take in Maui’s legendary sunrises. “Kam III” is known for excellent snorkeling and clear, warm-water swimming, and for the sea turtles that often nibble its reef. The beach park has restroom and shower facilities, and adjoins the South Maui Beach Path, which meanders for miles along Kihei’s coastline. Walk North to the sand of Kamaole I and II Beaches. Head South past the Kihei Boat Ramp to Keawakapu Beach, and all the way to the Wailea Beach Path. Standup paddle and kayak right across the street, and whale-watch in the winter, right off the shore.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

The place came with everything needed: beach towels, chairs, umbrella; shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, etc. two nice TVs, comfortable bed. The best parts: the gigantic lanai which is larger than many others in the complex, and the proximity to the beach across the street. Also walkable to many restaurants. As much as I’d like to stay elsewhere in Hawaii to explore, this place makes it difficult to want to go anywhere else.

I want to stay here every single time I come to Maui. Where to begin! Check in was easy and straightforward. The check in and check out instructions were clear cut and well explained. The unit itself was perfect. AC in the bedroom gets cold, plenty of bath towels, and everything you need in the kitchen to be comfy. Having a reserved parking space was amazing so we never had to stress. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels all at our disposal which made the 5 minute walk to the beach a true dream. The hosts really did think of everything. There are notes around the house, a binder, and the check in email to share all their local insights and recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone!
