The all-new kitchen features a shapely dropped ceiling with recessed lighting, granite counters, new stainless appliances, and custom Cherry cabinets. With a new extra-plush Sleeper Sofa, second bathroom, and spacious footprint, the condo is set up for couples and families alike.
The highly-rated Kamaole Sands sits on 15 acres of manicured (and marked, with identifiers) tropical gardens, directly from Kamaole III Beach, one of Maui's true postcard settings. It will take you all of three minutes to walk to the sand, warm-water swimming, and pristine snorkeling reef. Rent paddle boards and kayaks nearby, and watch the whales right from the shoreline (if you visit in the winter).
A 65" Smart TV is set up with a sound bar. Lightning-speed WiFi services every room, and the condo is air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is thoughtfully and completely equipped, to prepare and serve four guests. The Master Suite has a brand new King bed, luxury linens, and an updated bathroom.
There is a washer-dryer in the unit, and incidentals like iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and beach towels are covered. Beach gear is also included, and includes beach chairs, sand umbrella, cooler, and other miscellaneous gear.
The West-facing lanai offers a beautiful view of the ocean and is an ideal sanctuary for morning coffee or sunrise refreshments.
The Kamaole Sands has the largest resort pool in South Kihei with two adjoining Jacuzzis, a separate child’s wading pool, fitness center and tennis courts. The resort is within four blocks of more than a dozen restaurants and shopping.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Spacious, comfortable condo in a gated complex (the unit itself has a secure screendoor gate). I really appreciated that our building location within the complex was peaceful day and night - did not hear any loud parties, or loud neighbors (adults and children alike). The unit is super clean. Best feature is the AC in bedroom and living room (other pricey hotels/condos don’t have that key feature). Also love that it has W/D in unit - super helpful for a long stay. We forgot some toiletries and it was great that the bathrooms have basic stock of bodywash, lotion, shampoo/cond. Location is perfect. It is right across the street from 3 beach parks and close enough to restaurants, grocery, & shopping that you can walk to in 10 min. We had a car (parking provided w/ condo) and drove to other beaches, restaurants, sights around Maui, it’s a great homebase to easily get to/drive from. There is also public transportation a block down from the condominium that goes along South Kihei road. A personalized guidebook is available for guests to get acquainted with local sights, shopping, things to do. And all the essential beach gear is provided - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, snorkel gear. Our basic needs were met and it made our stay carefree and relaxing, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was our fifth year in a row visiting Maui but first year staying in Kihei. The location was great and the condo was perfect. The decor was so nice, it looked like everything had been recently remodeled and it was clean and smelled good on arrival. The bedding was, by far, the most comfortable I've ever experienced on Maui. My sister even said the pull out couch bed was amazing. I'd stay there again just for that! Honestly though, everything from the kitchen rags to the bedding was a step above.
I also really appreciated the amenities. Having beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels, coolers, etc available was SO NICE! The grounds of the property were immaculate with a great pool and two hot tubs! There is a decent view of the ocean but you do have to be outside on the lanai and look to the side to see it but I'm not complaining. It's there and you're surrounded by tropical plants which I loved!
My only complaint is with the A/C in the living area. It seemed rather noisy and weak upon arrival and it completely quit working halfway through our visit. The weather was hotter than I've ever experienced on Maui so I contacted the property manager and they had a repair person out the next day. We were told the A/C wasn't repairable and that a new one would be installed the day after. No one ever came to replace it and I never received a call or update explaining what happened but it cooled down enough at night to make it tolerable. Luckily there IS A/C in the bedroom which worked so that really helped us sleep. Aside from that one issue we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay again and recommend this condo to anyone!

Kevin's place is huge and comfy! Unproblematic checkin. You can reach some restaraunts and shops by walking 15-20min northbound. Beach is right across the street. Bus stop is near the resort's entrance. Front desk is very helpful and it's always someone there.
