Walk directly out of your living room to your private lanai, or browse the marked, botanical gardens on site. The property features two pools and tennis courts. Kamaole II Beach, directly across the street, is one of Kihei's best sandy playgrounds -- sun, snorkel, swim, kayak, and paddle board. South Maui's best surf break is just two blocks north. Gear rental is available within walking distance. Across the street, you can walk the pathway along the shoreline all the way to Wailea -- watch the whales (December-March) from shore, and keep an eye out for sea turtles munching on the algae off the rocks!

NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON LANAI
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in any open space. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Kevin’s place is amazing! Totally worth it’s value. It’s stocked with everything you need from kitchen items to things you would want for the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location within Kihei-it’s so close to shops and beaches-and the apartment complex is nice and quiet. Kevin also is very responsive and gave us local tips. Our stay here was great and made our trip so much better!

This place is beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need, well equipped kitchen, soaps in the bathroom, and an amazing collection of beach stuff including beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach toys and body boards. There’s some lovely art on the walls too. The location is ace, 5 mins walk straight down to some of the best beaches on the island. Same walk takes you to food and shops too. We liked Moose McGillygoodys bar, and the 808 deli just behind it. Kevin was a great host and quick with messages and tips, and was super helpful with an early check in. Stay here, it’s gorgeous!

Nice Stay, Nice Area, A Bit Removed
The condo was pleasant and quiet. The beach across the street is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The keypad entry makes it easy to come and go. There were some downsides, but none deal breakers. The main problem was many welts over my body from bed mites. This is not uncommon in Maui—I've found them in other condos. Fortunately, the property management company eventually replaced the entire bed and bedding and that instantly solved the problem. The unit is at the very back of the complex lower floor. It's very quiet but also not a short walking distance to the beach. That said, it makes a great home base for two weeks of adventures around the island.
