Our kitchen is outfitted for a chef with brand new stainless appliances, cookware, spices, sharp knives, food processor and more. The bedroom suite offers a queen sized memory foam topped mattress. New laminate floors add a richness and warmth to the island style decor. The convenience of ensuite washer and dryer means you can pack light!
We offer one of only a handful of walk-out ground floor lanais. It’s steps to the pool and you are surrounded in tropical island gardens. Modern conveniences abound with Roku, full cable, Smart TV, USB charging stations, keyless lock and more. We are pleased to offer our guests the highest available WIFI and free calls to the Mainland, Canada and 32 other countries. A full suite of beach gear is provided. Our condo property boasts two pools and tennis courts. Lush manicured gardens provide a tranquil experience!

• For cancellations >60 days prior to arrival, the balance of your payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay.
• For cancellations <60 days prior to arrival NO REFUND will be given.
• Refunds will be given only for mandatory evacuations as decreed by State of Hawaii and/or Maui County.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance.

We require a $350.00 security deposit which is refundable upon inspection of our condo. Please leave the condo in the condition you found it for a full refund.
We strive to refund your deposit within 24 hours of departure.
Release of Liability
Guests will be sent a Short Term Rental Agreement via HelloSign digital signature website.
Digital signatures are legal and binding.
No Smoking, No E-Cigarettes. No Vaping. No Exceptions! There are designated smoking areas on the property. Please smoke or vape at designated areas. The nearest smoking area is on the far left side of our parking lot. Any evidence of smoking, as determined by our housekeeping team will result in a $350 disinfectant and deodorizing fee.
Please cover up when lying or sitting on the furniture to avoid sunscreen or wet bathing suits staining the furniture. Especially the suede recliner and leather bar stools. If stains occur, cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit.
No burning candles or other incendiary items.
Please rinse all sand at the shower located at the front of building ‘A’. Do not put sandy items in the washer or shower. Please rinse them first.
Please do not rearrange furniture. Moving the coffee table is acceptable so that you can open the sofa sleeper.
Energy conservation is important on Maui. Maui has the most expensive electricity in the USA. Please conserve where you can.
For the tile and Pergo floors, please use the vacuum, broom or Swiffer to clean up sand and debris. CAUTION: Floors are slippery when wet.
No bath towels or pillows at the beach or pool. Please use the large beach towels provided.
We have water detectors located under the sinks to alert us of potential flooding. These will produce a loud alarm if water is detected. Thank you for not tampering with these detectors.
If you are traveling with other guests and borrow items from our condo, please be sure to return them.
No pots or pans may be used on the BBQ.
Please do not put kitchen knives in the dishwasher.
Thank you for removing your shoes. It is a sign of respect and custom in Hawai‘i.
Please do not hang wet towels or wet clothing on furniture to dry.
Please abide by any signs, placards and written or verbal instructions provided within the condo or within entire condo complex.
Guests are responsible for monitoring all children in their care. This is our home, please be respectful and require the children in your care to also be respectful.
No Pets are allowed. Certified service animals are allowed.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, Laurie and Jeff’s condo was a great place to start. The condo had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. Great lanai, steps from the pool and a short walk to Kamaole II. The weather was sunny everyday and we had some very yummy huli huli chicken to munch on. We would most definitely recommend this condo to all our friends and relatives. Mahalo to Laurie and Jeff for sharing their lovely home with us.

2 Tickets to Paradise
We were so happy when we checked into the condo. It was so clean and comfortable. We instantly felt at home. The nice basket of goodies was just the right touch. Loved that we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had come from Oahu with lots of traffic and congestion. Maui was such a different atmosphere, it really felt like a vacation. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazingly close to the beach!
Laurie is the nicest host I have ever had. She was very helpful and responded quickly when we needed her. The property was amazingly close to the beach. The property is also very well equipped. We wanted to give it 10 out of 5 if we could. Thanks Laurie for everything.
