Right across the street from your stylish and spacious 2-bedroom/2-bath condo! No need to load the family in the car: just grab the cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels (all provided in your unit) and walk to some of the best swimming and snorkeling on Maui! Kamaole II Beach is one of only three lifeguarded, designated swimming beaches in Kihei; if you want to do more than gaze at the ocean from a distance, this is the place to be!
With personal touches and thoughtful upgrades you will feel like an honored house guest. Vacation in style enjoying the luxurious remodel, this very spacious unit is on the first floor (one up from ground floor) of the coveted D Building--an end unit with whispering palm fronds surrounding it providing exceptional privacy and quiet at the far end of the building.
The heart of the remodel is the gleaming kitchen with its expansive granite counters and full granite backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, cherry cabinets outfitted with the latest features, all stainless steel appliances, and the new curved eating bar with stainless pendant lighting and added seating.
Carpeted floors in the bedrooms are complimented by the new ceramic tile floors throughout the rest of the unit and designer paint set off by white millwork and six-panel interior doors. The kitchen is charmingly open to the living area, making entertaining irresistible, especially with the inclusion of the over-sized lanai open on two sides to the tropical breezes. The two bathrooms were luxuriously updated to include designer tile and granite countertops. Four ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area keep those breezes moving, but there's also an air conditioner if needed. Halogen track lights add drama in the kitchen and gracious entry hall. In-unit washer/dryer keeps beachwear easily clean, and there is convenient access to the reserved parking just outside the door.
Newer twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room add ample room for an extended family or two or three couples...room to sleep six if desired. A desk and cable hookup plus wi-fi offer space for your laptop connection to the complimentary high-speed internet, Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, all provided for your additional pleasure...that is, if you can tear yourself away from the romantic tropical landscaping, two pools with barbecue grills, tennis/pickleball court, and the five-minute stroll down to fabulous Kamaole II Beach and the nearby shops and restaurants.

Pool Maintenance: Upper pool will start being repaired on May 02, 2022 and is estimated to take about 6 weeks; lower pool will still be open and available for use.
Please make sure you FULLY understand all of the COVID-19 related rules that you need to adhere to for your travel to Hawaii. These seem to be ever changing so make sure you check the requirements when you book AND a few times as you get closer to your travel date.
I've found a good resource to be the Go Hawaii site. There may be others that have helpful info, but please make sure to take time and get everything that is needed set up, Hawaii is very strict about their requirements so you don't want to put your vacation in any risk.

Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
First Payment: 50% required up front – Second Payment: Due 30 days before arrival, collected automatically.
$300 Security Deposit is collected prior to check in and returned within 14 days of checking out.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. We make every effort to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, contact directly to inquiry further. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. Other typical rules apply, additional information will be provide at time of booking as well as later on when you check in with our on-site management.
