Turn off all fans, lights, and AC,
Throw on the garbage chute near elevator all trash, paper boxes, empty bottles & cans
All towels, linen put in the washer (Don't need to run, thanks)
All dishes need to be clean.

Hwy 311 (Mokulele Hwy) will become Hwy 31 South (Piilani Hwy)
Drive past 2 stoplights
Turn LEFT at the 3rd stoplight on (Ohukai Rd.)
Take 1st RIGHT turn on (Huku Lii Pl.) immediately after Tesoro gas station.
Immediately turn RIGHT into the Kihei Gateway Plaza. The Check-in & Guest Services Center is on the 2nd floor, suite #204. Telephone 808-874-5151.

Turn LEFT at the bottom of the hill on (S. Kihei Rd.)
The KIHEI AKAHI will be on the left - 2531 S. Kihei Rd. (across Kamaole Beach Park II)
Take the first left (50 yards from the entrance) and park in front of the office.

Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closet over the refrigerator contains is for the owners. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors.

Location, location, location!
A perfectly suited apartment for two people very close to the best happy hour in town and minutes away from a gorgeous beach.
George was great with communicating and the check in was quite simple. Please note that check-in is not at the location but up the street.
There was no snorkeling gear, but beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards and booties.
A fantastic day and we look forward to going back.
