Walk directly out of your living room to your private lanai, or browse the marked, botanical gardens on site. The property features two pools and tennis courts. Kamaole II Beach, directly across the street, is one of Kihei's best sandy playgrounds -- sun, snorkel, swim, kayak, and paddle board. South Maui's best surf break is just two blocks north. Gear rental is available within walking distance. Across the street, you can walk the pathway along the shoreline all the way to Wailea -- watch the whales (December-March) from shore, and keep an eye out for sea turtles munching on the algae off the rocks!

1. A $200 deposit is due at time of booking. (which I'm actually pushing out until August to make sure we are actually open for business)
2. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
3. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund, less a 4% charge for credit card processing fees.
5. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
6. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Should the travel to the island be restricted again, we would offer a full refund of any monies paid less the 4% credit card fee.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in any open space. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Just what I needed!
My trip was a dream that is in big part to Kevin and Todd and their amazing condo! It was every bit as relaxing as I needed, A/C and fans were great, the couch and bed were comfy, everything was pristinely clean, and everything worked really well without any glitches. It was such a nice escape from my tiny outdated room in San Francisco. Wish I didn't have to come home. THANK YOU!!! ????????????????
