For your comfort and enjoyment the condo has A.C., ceiling fans, two cable TV's, WiFi, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys…..everything you need for your tropical vacation. It is approximately150 yards from the front door to Kamaole II's warm, white, sand beach, which is great for swimming, snorkeling, walking and jogging; all with lifeguard safety during the day and the perfect place to watch Maui's beautiful sunsets.
Enjoy the tropical setting of this privately owned, clean, quiet, no smoking unit, adjacent to over twenty shops, restaurants and beaches. On site you will find a large swimming pool, gas BBQ's, shuffleboard and complete laundry facilities.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. For cancellations less than 60 days and more than 45 days prior to arrival, the fee is $500. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
Payment Terms
All rates are in US Dollars. A deposit of $300 due within 5 business days from the date of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, and Paypal are accepted and may vary by country of origin.
Security Deposit
This is a payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages or missing items. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
House Rules
PARKING:
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
OWNERS CLOSET:
In the bedroom the left hand side of the closet is locked and contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
TELEPHONE:
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
GARBAGE:
Unwanted pests are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking will cause loss of security deposit.
YOUR DEPARTURE:
Check the furniture and closets for you personal belongings. Wash and put away all dishes. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn off all lights and the air conditioner. Close all windows and lock the doors. Pile used linens on the floor.

There is no way you could go wrong here unless you cannot walk stairs. It is on the 3rd floor (no elevator.) But, let's face it; how can you not be happy in Kihei on Maui. Michael's place is exactly what his photos and description say it is. You get a partial ocean view from the lanai, we had coffee there every morning. Location great, just walk across the street and you are on the beach. There are beach chairs for your use water toys, and even a big beach umbrella if you want to be on the beach and still want to hide from the suns rays.
Michael is a very friendly and engaging host. He responded to my messages through the AirBnB app in a very timely fashion. This place, and our stay was well worth what we paid. I believe Michael and family use this as a second home. So He keeps it well kept. We simply treated we would our own home and it was great. I would stay here again if I go back to Maui.
