Rates
Rates are based on 4-people occupancy. Hawaii Occupancy Tax and any fees are separate - refer to quote for exact numbers. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. We will send you a contract for your approval. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.Guest's credit card must be on file. We retain the right to charge your credit card for any damage, breakage or additional cleaning attributed to wear and tear in excess of normal use.
Upon our cleaning service's satisfactory review of unit's inventory and unit floor, carpet and furnishings conditions, there will be no additional charges to your credit card.
Note: A prepaid refundable security deposit may be required and will be noted in your quote if applicable. This will be refunded back to your credit card within 14 days provided there is no damage to the unit or additional cleaning required. This is at the discretion of our professional and insured cleaners.

Cancellation Policy
Tropical Bound Condo Rentals
**In the event of a cancellation, no refund of rents will be made until after the period is re-rented and confirmed. If the period is re-rented at the same rate as the original lease of the original guest, all monies are refunded less the $150 cancellation fee. However, if the rental rate is negotiated to a lower rate or rented for a less time period, the original guest will only be refunded the lower (or lesser) rental amount as owners are to receive the full amount of the original lease. Tropical Bound will make every effort to re-rent the property at the full amount.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. This can be submitted by emailing info@tropicalbound.com.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $150.
Rescheduling dates is permitted up to 60 days prior to arrival without penalty.
All monies are forfeited if cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date unless the unit is re-rented**
No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather including hurricanes and floods, or events beyond our control (illness – including COVID, flight cancellations, airline strikes, etc.) We highly recommend you purchase travel or trip cancellation insurance through your insurance broker.
In the very unlikely event that the unit booked should become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (ex. flood, fire, etc.), Tropical Bound reserves the right to move you to a similar unit. Payment Terms
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A Deposit of $500 is required to book. Balance is due 60 days prior to check-in, Payments by credit card are accepted,Visa And Mastercard only. No credit card fees to the guest.
Security Deposit
This is a payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
GENERAL RULES
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
PARKING:
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
AIR CONDITIONER:
Please use the A/C sparingly and intermittently! If you are gone, do NOT have the A/C on. Try to not use the A/C at night while you sleep. Keep your windows and glass blinds open. Turn on your ceiling fans. Sleeping in the light breeze is
OWNERS CLOSET:
The locked closet over the refrigerator contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
TELEPHONE:
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
GARBAGE:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
YOUR DEPARTURE:
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
